Never Hire a Powerskirt

Guest Post by the Zman

Looking back, we had, in the person of Teddy Roosevelt, the finest President in the history of this country. He had the spirit and determination that matched the times and the land. Then the women got the vote, and everything went to hell. While our boys was overseas fighting the Kaiser, the women got Prohibition put in. Drinking and gambling and whoring were declared unlawful. All those things which come natural to men became crimes.

–Judge Roy Bean

A quarter century ago, I was sent to my first reeducation camp. The company I was with at the time had been infected with the virus so everyone in a management position was sent off-site to be hectored about the importance of tolerance in the workplace. We did not yet have the word “diversity” to throw around as we were still in the “tolerance” stage of multicultural lunacy outbreak. At least that was the case in my part of the world so they called it “sensitivity training,” which everyone said using air quotes.

The people responsible for starting the sensitivity training were the women in the human resources department. They had changed the name of it to something stupid like “people and relationships” but it was an HR department. For reasons I’ll never understand, the men in charge of the company decided to pack the HR departments with women who immediately started making mischief. Talking to friends at the time, this was happening all over the business world. HR departments full of hens were morphing into sensitivity department full of bitter shrews.

Not long after I had returned from the reeducation camp, I was informed by HR that one of my charges had been making one of the women uncomfortable. She did not like the way he was looking at her. This woman dressed like a street walker and had to be told multiple times to stop showing off her smoking hot body at work. That made no difference. I was told I had to write him up, which I refused to do. That got me in some trouble and forever on the HR hit list, but it was the shape of things to come. My policy was going to be zero tolerance for this sort of terrorism.

That was a long time ago and things have only grown worse. The implosion of Fox News is a great example of why you should avoid hiring women.

Blogger Matt Drudge put up a headline at the top of his popular aggregation website The Drudge Report this afternoon that Ailes will exit the company with a “$40+ million parachute.” There is no link to a story, but a source subsequently told Deadline that Ailes is in exit talks, saying terms of the settlement are being hammered out tonight.

“With internal allegations mounting, it was deemed time for him to go,” the well-placed source said.

21st Century Fox, however, said in a statement: “Roger is at work  The review is ongoing. And the only agreement that is in place is his existing employment agreement.”

Ailes’ ouster comes after Fox News hostGretchen Carlson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him on July 6 after her contract was not renewed.

Ailes, the architect of the Fox News as a ratings behemoth and political force, in of June 2015, signed a multi-year contract to continue running Fox News, Fox Business Network, and Fox Television Stations.

Earlier this morning, Drudge linked a headline to today’s New York Magazine story, alleging Fox News star Megyn Kelly had told 21st Century Fox’s investigators that she had been the recipient of unwanted sexual advances from Ailes about a decade ago when she was a correspondent in the Washington bureau. But Drudge used a headline saying Kelly was twisting the knife into her boss.  That post, and headline,  from the wildly popular and influential conservative blogger got media reporters to sit up and take notice.

Perhaps I am more cynical than most, but how did Ailes not see that Megyn Kelly was trouble? There’s nothing wrong with hiring bimbos to read the news on TV, just as long as the bimbos are fine with being bimbos trading on their looks. Women like Kelly trade on their looks, but they are forever bitter about it. That bitterness curdles into a viscous nastiness that almost always leads to claims of discrimination or sexual harassment, when they don’t get what they want. Once again, the facts of life are turning out to be Trumpian.

The lesson here, of course, is to never hire women like Megyn Kelly. It’s like inviting Dracula into your house. No matter how much garlic you have around your neck, you still have a bloodthirsty vampire in your midst. A good rule of thumb is to hire homely women for positions of responsibility, preferably older women. They have no illusions about how males view them. For entry level work like clerks and paralegals, hire mothers as they need the job more than they need to strike a blow for the sisterhood. They are too practical to be feminists.

Otherwise, never hire a powerskirt.

Well…a good buddy of mine had an attorney husband…
the office manager and all around assistant was a woman.
It was my buddy that hired her for the 2 man firm, and
while efficient and competent, she was the opposite of a
power skirt. Women and their illusions about sexual harassment
cause more trouble than they are worth.
Sad to see the mess at Fox/on the other hand, I don’t care one
whit.

One of the nastiest, most skewed pieces I’ve read in a long time. Yes, Kelly, Carlson and others are trouble but that doesn’t make all women bad. Many work very efficiently, get the job done and don’t complain even when they’re treated badly.

So much for remembering the Hangman.

Thinker you can admit there is just a bit of Truth in it. Women just like men are not always pillars of virtue. The problem as I see it is the pendulum has swung too far past common sense. One of the worst places for this that I worked was a grocery store. It was nothing more than a beached Loveboat with a Bargain Bin and a Produce Isle.

Never hire black women either.Years ago( 1990) I learned that lesson while working a temporary summer job at Duke Power. All they have to is claim racism or sexism.

I was once at a gathering with 15 men who eached worked with female co-workers and managers. I asked them how it was. They all said it sucked, and that women were too thin skinned and vindictive to be in the corporate environment.

I got reprimanded way back when for sexual harasment. As it happened, I smashed my hand flat and bloody, to which I yelled ‘cunt’, rather loud. A bitch in the office two solid cinder block walls away felt sexually harassed by this. She was a dumb cunt, so I told the manager that. I quit that friday.

It’s been my experience, in medium sized companies of 50-200 employees, that women aspire to be HR Head over any other management position. It’s a position that wields lots of power, without many demands for competence like other managers. Plus, HR knows all the dirt on people and women are drawn to that.

I guess I should resent that remark, but since I know it is TRUE, I will just say that at all the big contractors I have worked with/for, HR was the fountain of information for many reason. And some women really are drawn to that.

I had a boss one time tell me to get to work and skip the HR orientation meeting. He said when God cut off the dick the brains slipped out and to never shit where you eat. That was all I needed to know.

Best advice I ever got at work when I was younger was to keep my pecker out of the payroll. Saw some real bad outcomes from the guys that did not heed that advice.

Human nature being what it is none of this should be a surprise. When there are affirmative action rules in place, people will use them to their advantage. Regardless of the truth or facts they just make shit up. Protected classes (niggers, feminists and queers ) are especially good at this because the rule are stacked in their favor. However, you can’t trust anybody.

True story. At Grand Forks AFB about 1977, A1C Debbie Moore charged me with sexual harassment shortly after I became the OIC because she said I looked at her to much (not, but I did see her fem fatale BS side almost immediately; when my Commander called me in to tell me she was charging someone with sexual harassment, I said I’m not surprised; who? You. What, she’s a nut case! He put me through the hell of a long through Official Investigation by another unit’s Colonel who at long last questioned me. Then he said turn the tape recorder off. He said I was totally innocent and the whole thing was incredibly ridiculous. My Commander, LtCol Gene Smith, read me the “riot act” anyway for one of his Officers even being charged. He made her Airman Of The Month and took her to lunch. She charged him with Sexual Harassment. I was quietly laughing my ass off. I’m sorry the Colonels didn’t take her charge as seriously as when she charged me. I also wish Officers could come into a unit and reject all malingering goldbricks before they do serious damage.

rhs jr…I was in the USAF from ’84 through ’94 and saw that happen again and again at Tinker AFB, especially in AWACS, where the noncombat flying careers opened to enlisted women in the early 80s. (I was female #5 in my career field, of which there were probably a total of 180 to 200 airborne radar techs. I don’t feel like doing the math.)

I know there are a couple of AWACers who follow TBP and have even popped in to say howdy to me or to Nick here (much to my CHAGRIN) and they could all back me up in my claim that I NEVER acted inappropriately, nor did I use my feminine wiles to get ahead. One scruffy TSgt idiot named “Gus” suggested that I received my “Exceptionally Qualified” rating first checkride out of training in a manner requiring kneepads, but after I slammed him against the wall with his throat behind my forearm, his arm in a lock behind my back and my knee an inch from his groin, he decided he was wrong to say that to my face.

But the Huffs and the DunnEverybodys and the one they called Humper were out there and some of us tried to warn the officers just out of OTS with their new weapons controller badge and fancy flightsuits. I’m not naming names here, but Yikes! We had a beloved and highly respected SMsgt court-martialed for an improper sexual conduct in Puerto Rico during the beginning of the so-called “War on Drugs.” Those of us who knew that his volunteering to be the second man in a young airman’s Two on One fantasy revealed to him at the club over a few bottles of beer and a shot or two was just his natural wish as a Senior Enlisted Leader to help an airman’s dreams come true. In any event, the young girl’s roommate walked in just in time to see her roommate sandwiched in an awkward position between my old friend and some other volunteer. When the story got back to the young woman’s home unit (NOT from AWACS) she claimed rape and it got ugly.

Those of us who cared about him filled the courtroom each day, NOT to eavesdrop and gossip, but to prevent the seats being filled with those who wanted only that. It was a travesty of justice and when the Judge instructed the panel of officers who were to decide the punishment for my friend, the ranking member of the panel asked the judge why this was being done to this man. The judge and he actually discussed it openly, saying that neither of them could make any comment on why, only try to find a way to find some level of guilt or innocence.

The verdict was guilty, but the punishments were as lenient as possible with a partial forfeiture of pay (totaling about $2K) for six months. He remained in the service for a few years in the same career field, but his professional life was ruined. However, if others out there know him, you know that not one person there at Tinker believed for one moment he’d done anything wrong other than to cheat on his wife and that was between them.

My point? Don’t have one. I just know that power skirts can do a number on a working situation, especially when there aren’t women like me there to help the men navigate the feminine wiles. [I’ve always tried to be a good sport and help my male friends get laid and avoid unnecessary drama if I can help them.]

Well, let’s see if I can post a video here still. I am out of practice, but if it doesn’t show, it is a link to the dance scene in Snow White, who was the original powerskirt, who managed to turn a productive set of working dwarfs into a bunch of grannies sitting around watching her sleep in a very short time.

(I love it when Grumpy tells the other dwarfs that he doesn’t know what they are, but he is AGAINST feminine wiles!)

You should never hire an embittered dried up old shrew like Hitlery Clinton either.

Since she allegedly has a daughter, the Hildebeest must have gotten fucked at least once, probably under protest.

Now, the old harpy’s cooze is so dried up that not even Jesus with his wooden staff could pierce it.

Maggie, I think the guilty party was supposed to be Webb Hubbell, their assistant AG from the 90’s. There was even supposed to be a photo of Webb nailing the Hildebeast on the hood of his car, which should be the very definition of anti-porn. Anyway, some people see a resemblance.

Thinker obviously has limited experience with Powerskirts. Sure, there are plenty of fine women (I have been married to one for 30 years – she despises feminists) , but damn few senior women in major bureaucracies are competent and most of them have a 2X4 sized chip on their shoulders. Women have no business in major positions of responsibility, especially if it gives them authority over men.

Very interesting, Sub.

It’s a little too general and quite a few folks fit the description.

El Doggy generalizes that most, but not all, women are worthless bimbos, liars, manipulators, shirkers, selfish, controlling, brain-washing, two-faced, abusive, maddening, victim-playing boozers.

There was a time when I could not see the point of Solomon’s line that he’d seen but one in a thousand women who had any sense.

El Doggy said that women think better when you have them bent over because more blood reaches their brain.

There are idiots everywhere but lots of women unfortunately live up to the wackiness they are known for.

How does this have anything to do with your video? I read somewhere that beauty is nature’s first gift to women and the first thing it takes away. My old boss said, I like pretty old ladies because they’ve been pretty a long time. Once they lose the beauty, watch out, the Jezebel comes to the fore.

Thank you for commenting. There are many sources of information. All sources of information should be consulted using discernment.

I continue to exhort all Christians to humbly approach Almighty God as a sovereign individual and read the Holy Scriptures yourself. Only Almighty God knows what information you need as a sovereign individual at the proper time. Allowing anyone to come between you and His Word is the same as allowing someone to come between you and Almighty God. Only Jesus Christ stands as mediator between you, a sovereign individual, and Almighty God.

Careful consideration should be given to all Holy Scripture as well as the separation between the ‘Old Testament’, ‘New Testament’ and ‘A Revelation’. While Christians can benefit from Holy Scripture in both the ‘Old Testament’ and ‘A Revelation’; Christians are living under the Messianic Teachings of our lord and savior, Jesus Christ, as documented in the ‘New Testament’.

According to my understanding ‘Jesus the Nazarene’ was not ‘Jesus the Christ’ until after he ascended to heaven. I admit I do not have complete understanding of this issue however; these words from Jesus, as recorded in the Holy Scriptures, leave me in no doubt as to whom I should worship as a Christian following the command of my king and savior, Jesus Christ:

“Keep on then, seeking first the kingdom and His righteousness, and all these (other) things will be added to you. ” -Matthew 6:33

“He said to him: “You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.” This is the greatest and first commandment.”
-Matthew 22:37-38

Understanding that Christians are living under the Messianic Teachings of Jesus Christ as documented in the ‘New Testament’ may enable discernment as to how false teachers may be, or have in the past, applying Holy Scripture from either the ‘Old Testament’ or ‘A Revelation’ to Christians living today.

All honor, praise, and glory to Almighty God. May the peace and love of our king and savior, Jesus Christ, be upon you in these trying times.

The good news is that with all of the new college majors, many of the worst will self identify by taking a lot of gender studies or other victimology courses. If you check the coursework you can probably weed out some of the biggest risks.
