This process can be improved: unloading the scooter before trying to move it will greatly decrease the amount of friction between the wheels and the ground, reducing the effort (work) required to get the scooter back on pavement (where it belongs, by the way; what mental midget thinks a mobility scooter is a 4WD?).
What does America need to unload?

See, if you’re disabled by fatass syndrome, you can get a scooter and Medicare will pay for it. I suspect that most of the scooter drivers out there are just fat and triflin’, not crippled up.
