Federal Judge Takes Action to Preserve Podesta Emails

A U.S. District Court Judge has come down hard on a top Department of Justice official who shared communications with Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta. Judicial Watch had filed a lawsuit requesting all emails between Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs Peter Kadzik and Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager, John Podesta.    In response, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan issued an order on January 17th requiring the Justice Department to “preserve all agency records and potential agency records between the dates of December 1, 2014 and November 7, 2016 in any personal email account of Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs Peter Kadzik.” As
