All the politicians who so vigorously support the current public schools and oppose school choice or other reforms ……… How many of them have their children, grandchildren, etc. in them?

Schumer is running out of empty pockets for his Union friends.
Toons portraying real life situations are always fun.
But, if we throw more money at the public schools, all will be good – it’s for the children.
My small town assigns 75% of it’s collected taxes to Education.

Govt should never have any involvement in our schools. Parents should form co-ops of some kind to handle the funding, curriculum and real estate for parent owned/parent ran schools. You have kids? You pay. You don’t have kids? You don’t have to pay. You could still make donations or volunteer/work for the schools. Or just home school. You don’t have to be a genius to do it and there are loads of resources on the innerwebz.

Chuck Schumer needs to choke on a extra large DDD. Whatever Devos does will be an improvement over what we have now, there is no where to go but up.

I used to be a big supporter of the Boy Scouts, but I totally stopped supporting them after they went homo.

I knew this was the way they were going to go, they are in the process of becoming a deviant youth sex club.

A shame, they used to be such a fine organization.

It looks like the Jefferson County Florida School System has committed Affirmative Action Suicide and will be required by the Florida State Education Board to be sold to a private company. Not one local teacher or bureaucrat should escape the ax.

We sent my daughter to Catholic school thru 8th grade. When she started kindergarten, between two classes of 35 students each(note the large class size)there were approximately 10 kids whose mom’s were either teachers or teachers turned housewife, including my wife, who is a middle school maff teacher.
In most cases, the problem is not the teachers,it is the lack of discipline, which comes from the home. Most teachers are simply teaching what they are told to teach.
