The 9th has been out of control for several decades and no one has done anything about it yet so don’t expect anything, outside of a little heated rhetoric to blow off steam, to be done about it now.

if a bad event were to occur are there any consequences for the 9th circuit. would victims of a bad day at the office simply be told, sounds like a personal problem?
How about charges against those three judges and a firing squad?
