All the guys who were posting and up thumbing about how positive stop/frisk and eminent domain are apparently do not realize that it’s a trial run for the rest of us,in addition to being incredibly arrogant to think that one person should be able to push another person around like that.
The hubris it burns.

After studying Europe/Germany from 1900 to 1945 as my favorite retirement hobby this is the exact same thing Germans and particularly Jewish Germans were saying in 1938……

I was over on another site and this popped up.If this guy were a minority it would have made the news but since he’s white he had to sue for it to make the news.
As a protest,a guy in Michigan went in to his county clerk’s office to pay a $10 parking ticket with rolled pennies.
The clerk refused to accept the coins and as he was almost to the exit he was jumped from behind by a hero who choked so him so badly he soiled his clothes,and he was then arrested.
