He’s better than Hillary. I’ll be paying $3,000 more in taxes under his tax plan. I don’t feel better about a country $21 trillion in debt with $200 trillion of unfunded liabilities. The fiscal situation of the country continues to deteriorate. Trump and the GOP have no intentions of reigning in spending. I’m not looking forward to whatever wars we get involved in over the next few years. Fourth Turnings do not get better as they progress. Happy talk is just talk.
Nobody CAN fix the debt or the $200 trillion in unfunded liabilities short of just discontinuing SSI and Medicare.
The POTUS couldn’t do these things if he wanted to. The establishment NeoCons and the unified Dem party ( who pretty much vote 100% no to all of his legislation) are making every effort to cock-block his efforts at every turn. The u.s. is still on a downward slope and it’s going to take a lot more than a tax break for hedge fund operators to reverse course. Wars are great devises for introducing starstruck people to reality.

I just wrote an $8k check to the IRS for this year’s estimated taxes. Eight thou to support those who won’t support themselves; wife mumbled “there were years that we took more than we paid”. Huh? I can’t remember any year that REFUNDED more than we PAID IN; maybe I’m getting senile.
Oh well, I just gotta help my clients build more industrial facilities in America, so we can work on that balance-of-payments thingy. Maybe at some point I’ll earn more than I absolutely need to survive; looking forward to that (mythical) day, after Trump claws back the Clinton Foundation, Soros and other ill-gotten gains. RICO, bitches! MAGA!
