Mr Williams is a smart man, nice to have some sanity in the world of higher education,I have enjoyed and learned from his writings for years. He is a Prof. at Georgetown,he is truly behind enemy lines!
Sigh,Old Dog,I believe you are right, only defense I can come up with is morning and not enough coffee when posting.I e-mailed him once to thank him for his writings and also shared a personal funny story, figured I owed him for all his work, and was pleased as hell I got a response and thanks for sharing a story.I am going to re-read some old articles I have saved, confusing Mr. Williams with another Prof. from Georgetown who wrote a article I like,I find it will post, thanks for getting me back on the ball.WQhile no real damage from my error I should be a little more “editorial oversite minded”before posting.

Wow, so social justice is purely a financial concept? That would mean he sees no injustice in someone preventing him from voting or living where he likes.

Social justice is an UNDEFINABLE concept – try getting fifty people to define it, and see what you get.
ANYTHING that tempers (modifies) justice diminishes it, but justice is so rare most people have never seen it.
