FM, by far the most likely cause of “heartburn” is a lack of acid and not too much of it.
What you do about that is to eat fermented foods like sauerkraut and kefir. That will get your gut biome right, which is critical to your digestion as well as your general health. Also, go to the health food store and get some heavy duty probiotic products found in the refrigerated area.
Make your own kefir. You can get starter grains from sites on the Net. Best to consume raw milk, though regular pasteurized milk can work as I have friends who cured themselves of digestive problems with sauerkraut and kefir made from regular milk (not ultra-pasteurized). Some of my “clients” report that they get instant relief from the regimen. With others it takes longer but improvement is nearly always felt very soon.
Other benefits accrue as well as your gut biome health, as I said before, is critical to general health.

A small glass of warm salt water cures heartburn pretty quick. Introduce some alkalinity to an acidic environment and presto…..neutralization! No more heart burn.

Spent some time with some family members today that are extremely anti-Trump. The one thing I notice right away is how emotional they are over the topic. Conveying my point of view, which is the intended purpose of this site. I was a HUGE Trump supporter and voted for him. That vote carried it with it the expectation that:
1. Trump would not support the Neocon world domination plan, and would take concrete steps to get the USA out of destroying small ME countries as target practice, killing millions of innocent people
2. Trump would act like a true inspirational leader, respecting all domestic and international laws. A man with a MORAL COMPASS!
3. Trump would appoint people to his cabinet consistent with “cleaning the swamp” and MAGA, and be men and women of truth, reason, justice and loyalty
4. That real action would take place to clear out the deeply corrupt, satanic state of our government, and HRC and other criminals from the Obummer admin would at least be indicted for their high crimes
Unlike others, I am not suffering from cognitive dissonance. I will be a very happy guy if everything I just wrote was proven factually false within a time-frame that can make a difference in saving our country. I don’t live in denial. Show me some real evidence, and I will acknowledge it.
