One more time for the left hand side of the Bell Curve.
Everything they say- those who construct The Narrative-is meant to play on more than one level.
For people like us, it’s to remind us that you cannot fight the system as it is constructed because it is firmly in their control, so don’t even bother. They can do what they want, they can re-write the laws, they can change definitions, etc.
For the dolts in the middle it’s that they are busily “working”, for months or years, looking into things, getting to the bottom of them, writing briefs and reports and summaries, taking notes and doing interviews and whew! It’s exhausting all this industrious scurrying about looking purposeful to some illusory end that never comes.
And to those who work within the system it tells yet another story, that We control the horizontal, We control the vertical. Out of ways to obfuscate the obvious, make up new words with vague meanings that sound technical but mean nothing- de-duplicate, metadata- poopytalk. If you get in a jam and do something that would have any other biped doing 6-10 in a cell the size of a sheet of plywood, we’ve got your back. We’ll drag this out so long no one will remember what it was even about.
It is a criminal syndicate, running the most powerful apparatus of State ever imagined with unlimited power and no fear of consequences. That’s all it is. It can’t fix itself and it doesn’t want to. All it’s doing is running out the clock on the current roadblock until they can get more of their own people back inside and then it’s the perpetual frog-march to bondage that mankind has been running since we put down our atl-atls and took up the hoe.
Sad and true. I’m going back to working in the garden now.
I agree HSF, but it still hurts when I constantly have to bend over, and knowing that another big one is on its way from the swamp.
atlatls: Atlatls are ancient weapons that preceded the bow and arrow in most parts of the world and are one of humankind’s first mechanical inventions. (For those of you, like me, who had never heard the word)
Other than that this article says nothing new. Or, as the Bible says, there is nothing gnu under the son.
Atlatls are still used for hunting by those who enjoy real hunting, but mostly the young since it takes some large measure of upper body strength to use them effectively.
If you’re still young enough, hunting feral pigs with an Atlatl is a fine hunt and legal in most States with pig problems even where other animals aren’t legal to hunt with them.
FWIW, you can buy very skillfully made ones on the internet, but if you’re more of a purist they aren’t that hard to make yourself.
We learn something new every day. Thanks HSF.
My idea of an ancient pig hunting weapon is a 45/70, It does a great job also.
That was some great doom stuff.
Not exactly.
The world runs on a debt-money monetary system, which means someone must borrow new money into existence. We the people do that with every “loan” we initiate, including money created via credit cards. The interest is not created meaning WE are always short of money which creates not only a competition for money but also a culture which comes to value money above everything else.
How long does such a culture last… think we’re about to find out – not very much longer.
This is not a surprise to the financial elites. So they began to plan for our REPLACEMENT decades ago. It’s the only reason our factories moved to Asia; we started a war in Vietnam to soften the people up for a debt-money system; diversity and immigrants used to weaken the west so we’ll not pose a threat to the new debt-serfs in the far east. Our demise will be blamed on everything BUT the foolishness of a debt-money monetary system.
And the oligarchs live on.
In the Vietnam era we were overprinting, violating Bretton Woods. France said they calculated we had overprinted to the point where there were now $46 Dollars for every ounce of gold opposed the the $35 it was supposedly fixed at. They wanted the specie and not the paper. Tricky Dick then created the pure fiat “full faith and credit of the US” Yankee Dollar. As Sec of Treasury John Connolly then famously told a foreign finance official, “It’s our Dollar but it’s your problem.”
After 1971 we were off to the races with a reserve currency with no definition of its value.
Poignant and spot on, thanks, hope all is well on the farm.
“and take up the hoe”

We live in a time when our Fedgov commissions think-tanks to write papers such as “Humane methods of mass Human population reduction”. That or something close was a paper written by the short broad in the back of the room with the split bangs in the fake “Bin Laden Situation Room” photo. We’re useless eaters to them.
