The latest upgrade from WordPress failed to show the checkbox below as the default setting for posting comments. TMWNN figured it out and changed the setting. If you click the box, your name should continue to appear in your next comment.

i only had to check it the first time…
When I tried it from an “anonymous” browser (as “the man”) I only had to check the box once.
But anyway, this whole episode motivated me to take a close look at a new comment / discussion system I’ve been keeping my eye on for this site. Maybe we’ll give it a spin tomorrow morning and see what everyone thinks.

Last night I dreamt I was surfing and trying to comment when The Man With No Name said “duck”. It was too late. Next thing I knew, I was drowning in a sea of ice cream that fell from the sky. If I enter my name and check the box, my name appears for that comment and my next comment – that’s it. I have to repeat the process after that. It has been that way for me for some time.
