As in 1865, we still have a large enough navy and sufficient additional ships, to send them all back to Africa.
It would cost around $500 billion to acquire enough 747s – plus flight and ground crews, maintenance, fuel, purpose built airports on each end, etc. – to ship them all back to Africa in just over a year.
We waste $1 trillion per year on welfare for these people. Spending $500 billion, once, to be rid of them forever is a bargain.
