Always be aware.
The percentage of people in the general population that are sociopathic or worse is around 5% (16 million by today’s pop number). Once upon a time those 5% were identified, hunted down and hung by the neck until dead. Now the higher status ones bubble up to the upper echelons of power by destroying the good people around them. The lower rungs do this, run gangs, amongst other seedy endeavors.

2 cops arested for taking bribes.
4 cops on trial for beating the hell out o an undercover cop during riots last year.
They aren’t all bad. They killed DeTrell Crews, Kevion Smith and Andrew Chanerl. They were in a stolen car with fire arms and drugs. They made the mistake of shooting at the cops.
To bad. They were going to go to college next semester and were dedicated fathers.
