It is all open to negotiation. The “wall”, if done correctly, is nothing more than symbolism for an immigration strategy that meets the goal. Perfect world, we get the problem solved by using our heads and not building a monument to stupidity that can be seen from space. The prez understands that part of the script but is impeded by a lot of childish brats on both sides.
Meanwhile, since the decision makers have empty heads, let’s build it, if nothing more than as a show of strength-it can always be purdeyed up later or even removed.
