I will say the remake of “Join Or Die”hits close to home.The powers that want to be push insanity among different groups of folks to keep citizens divided.Folks put the bullshit aside and tried as best as possible to work together would realize we are the problem for allowing the powers that want to be to yank us around.I would hope at that pooint we would break out the tar and feathers and the rope.
I did a little research on the cartoon origins,knew Ben Franklin had something to do with it but seems he was the creator of it and was considered by many to be the first political cartoon in the at that point a unbirthed country.I have it on a t-shirt I own and with weather warming will perhaps wear it today.Anyhow,there is todays tiny history lesson,the more you know……..
Personally I prefer dissolution and allowing all 50 states to simply go their own way. Hopefully each of those state will then see further dissolution, and people can finally and hopefully get back to functional-sized units inhabited by people that actually want to live around each other. “Peaceful coexistence” sure as hell isn’t going to happen if we stay as a single nation. That ship sailed in 1913 with the creation of the Federal Reserve and the implementation of the income tax.
Liberty,I agree but to get to that point you mention of independent states/regions/what have you folks will need to work together to a degree,then,vote with their feet.I suppose it may be folks will need to shed a lot of blood to get there also,will try anything else reasonable first.
