Repeal the 16th amendment, abolish the IRS and many of our problems will disappear. Cut the Federal budget by 90% eliminating entire cabinet departments…..all we need is a couple of ambassadors (how about 1 per continent!) we could cut all departments but defense and even then reduce it significantly….if you are not part of the sharp end or one step removed (maintenance and logistics) we don’t need.
On entitlements (what an oxymoron) we can restructure now or collapse/inflate later…..I say restructure now, eliminate all entitlements at the Federal for anybody 45 and under…nothing and we are going to keep what you paid in (since it has all been spent anyways) and for those 45-55 you get 50% (so keep working) and 55 and over 100% of whatever the plans are now. No SNAP, WIC, Medicare, Social Security, nothing……No departments of Education, Transportation, HUD, Health and Human Services, Labor, Interior, and on and on and on. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_federal_executive_departments

And since women can vote, and have loyalties to the sisterhood, Wretched Shitsmore won by an uncomfortably large margin over her opponents and their supporters.
But, there’s that unfortunate obstacle of how to pay for massive road reconstruction plans
And of course, higher taxes were proposed. God forbid politicians find an area to cut wasteful spending, as a prerequisite.
And, she threatened to veto any legislation trying to reign in skyrocketing auto insurance costs, among the highest in the nation.
See, cuz the ambulance chaser lawyers lobby (verb, not noun) against capping claims, and oppose tort reform.
Whitmore’s predecessor, Rick Shyster Schneider won a term as a Republican nerd, with business acumen to apply toward shoring up an inefficient state government…
And proceeded to sign in legis-raping to raise rates across the board on all State licenses, regulations, taxes, and fees.
He gets no pass either.
