Aw… what a good dad he was! At least when he wasn’t banging May Pang on the down low.
And look at that colorful nigger slouch hat he’s wearing! He was all rainbow LGBTQ before it was cool!
At least when he wasn’t referring to Beatles’ manager Brian Epstein as a “fag.”
In other words, sheep, do as your masters say, not as they do.

The Beatles definitely struck a chord. Some of the best guitar and lyrics.

I get it.

She wrote that song? Not sure everything on earth is doomy gloomy. You could interpret this song as someone in their older years throwing up their hands and just watching the wheels go round and round because what’s gonna happens gonna happen.

Don’t be a doofus.

Lennon was a no-talent spook (as was Morrison) who faked his own death.

I’m sure you’re right. But then again, the truth does not exist. Wouldn’t you say? Might as well sit back and watch the wheels go round and round cause there ain’t shit you’re gonna do about it. How’s that for gloomy doomy?

By Golly, that Miles fella sure has got all the answers, it’s a wonder he can find the time to feed hisself or wipe his ass with all that research he seems to do on every subject under the sun. Amazing.

I’ve read some of Miles’ writeups on celebrities. Some are believable, but some are too far out there for me to believe

That is a great song. I assume that is Sean Lennon in the home movies.

Yoko is 85 years old. How does that make you feel?

This song is John Lennon’s response for being punched by the media for dropping out of the music scene at his height to become a house husband. Nobody can deny Lennon was a bad dad to his first son, Julian. That was during the Beatles’ fab years. But he was determined to be a good father to his second son. He dropped his music and became a house husband and let Yoko take over the business end of things. He eventually emerged again — can’t keep Lennon away from his music for too long — to document his new life life, but was killed The facts of that killing can be debated, but I think the Feds were involved.
If you’ve paid attention to the Beatles and to John Lennon specifically, you’ll see why I’ve been a Beatles/Lennon fan since I was in junior high school.

Interested in what you think about Billy Sheers?
By the way, I Am The Walrus has got to be the beginning of the Beatle genius song style.

Actually, I think the Beatles’ genius song-style started with Rubber Soul and Revolver. People listening to “Tomorrow Never Knows” had never heard anything like that song.

My own personal opinion on Billy Shears is that the original Paul McCartney was killed in a car crash and that Billy Shears took over McCartney’s role in the Beatles. And though Billy Shears had some features of McCartney, he underwent plastic surgery to make himself look more like McCartney, as documented by roadie and personal assistant, Mal Evans.
Yes, a lot of people will say I’m crazy for expressing that opinion. But if you look at the original McCartney pics compared to later pics, they don’t match.
In a YouTube video I’ve watched, George Harrison himself, after John Lennon brings up Paul McCartney, says, “You mean Beatle Bill?” From what I’ve read, George Harrison and the new McCartney didn’t get along at all.
Based on that evidence, and much more, there’s no doubt in my mind that Billy Shears replaced the original Paul McCartney. And there is historical evidence of a Billy Shears as a band member of another group during that time in England.

I agree about Billy. Strange that this whole thing is very little known outside the old timers that actually bought the albums. Don’t know if you have ever watched this video with the song A Day In The Life, a favorite of mine, but look at the faces of George, John, and Ringo and how glum they look compared to new member Billy’s. Also what is up with Mike Nesmith of The Monkees being there, with his cia/devil worshipping connections and all. All very interesting.

Ginger, I’ve watched this video many times before. If you notice, a lot of famous bands and singers hung out with the Beatles. When the Beatles did “All You Need is Love,” live on TV, Mick Jagger was sitting at their feet. Mike Nesmith, among others, were definitely hanging around with them during the filming and recording of “Day In the Life,” which is what I call a masterpiece. And during Lennon’s bed-in for peace, Tommy Smothers and others were in attendance and participated in the recording of “Power to the People.”

There have been documented arguments between Paul and George, who left the group and came back; Paul and Ringo, who left the group and came back; and John, who left the group and never came back! Which is what most people miss. Paul begged John not to release the news to the press that he left the band and wasn’t coming back. And at that time, Paul started working on a solo album. (Which was full of half-songs and ditties because Paul can’t write on his own.) He then announced to the media that he was leaving the Beatles and released his new album.

That is why John Lennon was so pissed off at Paul for so many years. Lennon ended the Beatles, not Paul. And then Lennon was lied to by Paul. (Read the book “Lennon Remembers,” which is “The Rolling Stone” interview published as a book.)

As long as Brian Epstein, their manager, was alive, things were OK. But when he died, all hell broke out between the members, especially against Paul, who brought in his own manager after the other members agreed to use another manger, which caused even more problems.

The new McCartney caused more problems than the original Beatles were willing to deal with and that’s why they broke up. Yoko and Linda were scapegoats for the breakup. I believe the real reason for their breakup was due to their manager Brian Epstein’s death, which was the only thing holding them together at the time.

The Beatles “Tomorrow Never Knows,” which came out in 1966, written and sung by John Lennon.

Listen to the words of this songs and that’s all you need to hear to figure out what it’s about. It’s not hard, folks, especially if you followed the Beatles while in the group and afterwards.

John Lennon and his son, Sean, have the same birth date, October 9th, which is why Sean seems confused during the birthday party on why his father is also wearing a gold crown and why they both blow out the candles on the cake.
