First, I want to thank Jim for posting this intriguing video. You really need to see the second part-Reset II below. The guy’s You Tube name is BELANGP. His real name is Paul. He is a phD. chemical engineer with in a mgmt position, from what I’ve been able to discern. I’ve been watching his videos for a year. I keep watching and re-watching his videos because they are compelling and offer insight I’ve never heard before. I think any and all of his 200+ videos are priceless. I believe you would do well to eval his work.
