Well, they bus them up from the city into the suburb I work in to work at a call center. Those that drive are in cars with counterfeited temporary license plates that would not pass inspection in Mexico. Trash from the building constantly blows up from their parking lot. They will drive up to our lot and smoke pot. We have caught them fornecating in cars in our lot. Can’t walk in the parking lot for fear of being run over as they drive like maniacs.
Given that 1 out of 10 carries auto insurance, I’d be fearful of being “run over” too.
