Were Nadler & Pelosi Paid Off Because Trump is Trying to Pullout of Middle East?

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Jerrold Nadler from the 10th district of New York City, has probably done far more damage to the nation than any person who has  ever been elected to Congress. He has been elected to 13 terms and he may actually lose his seat in 2020 if he dares to run. He have may been given a golden parachute to impeach Trump. Nadler has only a 20.1% approval rating, reducing the incumbency advantage. While the 10th district has been a Democratic thiefdom for 100 years, there is a risk that could change.

The speculation has been that Nadler was paid off to try to overthrow Trump because he does not want to see American boys die in the Middle East for a never-ending war. It is true that Nadler was born into a Jewish family in Brooklyn, the son of Miriam (née Schreiber) and Emanuel “Max” Nadler. However, this does not confirm that he hates Trump so much that he is engaging in treason himself.

Cyclically, if he decides to run again in 2020, he may actually lose. But this is not based upon a Democrat v Republican analysis but on his personal career. His performance in these impeachment proceedings has been one of a totally dishonest politician rigging the game.

Nancy Pelosi has also acted strangely unconstitutionally by her holding back the articles of impeachment to the Senate demanding Senate Republicans to deliver concessions. She is clearly acting beyond the Constitution for she has no authority to interfere with an impeachment trial. She is obviously fully engaged in this coup and conspiracy to overthrow Trump. But she may be delaying for another covert reason. This holding back on the articles of impeachment demanding concessions is totally unimaginable for the Constitution is very clear.

Art. I, § 3, cl. 6

The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present.

Trump is NOT impeached until the articles at delivered to the Senate the articles of impeachment. Just because the House can impeach without interference from the Senate or Judiciary on a simple majority vote, the Republicans hold all the cards in the Senate and she knows that. So what is her real game?

The Constitution clearly states that the trial of an impeachment is solely within the discretion of the Senate. Impeaching Trump claiming and abuse of power is precisely what both Nadler and Pelosi are engaged in these days. Pelosi has no constitutional basis to try to control the Senate.

Art. I, § 2, cl. 5

The House of Representatives shall choose their speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment.

There are those claiming the Senate can acquit Trump even if the House withholds the articles of impeachment. My reading of the Constitution does not support that conclusion. The House has the exclusive power to impeach so the Senate cannot acquit Trump unless he is impeached. There can be no trial without the House formally delivering the articles of impeachment.

Pelosi has no constitutional authority to try to dictate the terms of impeachment to the Senate. This is the sole discretion of the Senate – not the House. The Senate can indeed acquit Trump even without a trial constitutionally. Those who claim Trump is impeached even if the Senate withholds the articles is highly questionable, since the act of filing an impeachment is exclusively in the House. My reading of this

This is smelling like something is indeed seriously wrong.

Seems clear– the Dems got impeachment fever and didn’t think this all the way through. Once McConnell announced that he would not dismiss but instead would hold a trial and CALL UP THE WHISTLEBLOWERS and “witnesses” who “testified” behind closed doors… then the Dems said, uh, uh, uh…

A full blown Senate trial could lead to Biden, Obama, Hillary with their shady Ukraine dealings and Trump’s justified actions in calling for investigating the prior administration’s criminality. Not to even mention all of the deep state/ intelligence agencies operatives who were planted the prior 8 years before 2016.

There won’t be a full blown trial. There are many Republicans who could get their shady dealings exposed also. The Deep State Uni-Party will unite for a quick dismissal so the country won’t see the abject corruption bestowed upon them – from BOTH sides.

True…Democrats and Republicans are different sides of the same debased, crooked, corrupt and evil coin. Congress except for a few decent representatives should be impeached and when found guilty subjected to the full force of Natural Law…not the fake law in the DOJ and court system where there is little or no justice.

Every time I see fat boy Nadler the sausage factory cartoon flashes through my mind, you know, the one where a tour bus is parked in front of the sausage factory with a “Free Tours” sign out front and a string of people walking into the factory. Some bystander makes the comment: “I wonder why no one ever comes out after the tours”.

Jerrold, go visit the sausage factory in your district, please.

The negotiations are on in the Senate to determine if enough votes can be had to remove Mr. Trump, and if that is a politically viable (meaning would it generate a storm so violent that the Republican party would not survive, and is that an acceptable loss) outcome. The answer may well be yes. It depends on how bad things are in the economic and accounting departments, and I am not sure about that. I do know that there are 25 Republican Senators that would happily vote to get rid of Trump with NO trial just because they find him to be such a douchebag. They hate the guy, and will only stick with him if political death is the alternative.

Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff, and that whole crowd are reading from scripts. It is time for Nadler and Pelosi to retire, and both know it. They will be well tended into the last stages of their senility, so don’t worry about them one bit. The took care of Dingell and Cummings, and Strom Thurmond, and Sheets Byrd… you get the picture.

We could argue about what constitutes impeachment if the House sits on the paper, but the media will never stop proclaiming Trump impeached, so that is all that will really matter. What matters is that Trump is likely to win if he is not killed or removed from office, regardless of the shenanigans played in the DC Capital chambers. This seems to be a genuinely unacceptable outcome, and unprecedented. The powers that be decided Kennedy had to win, and stole Illinois for him, but it will take a lot more than stealing a bought state to beat Trump with the mutts currently in the hunt for the Dem nomination.

I have no idea how it will work out, but it will be damned entertaining, and maybe even interesting. What it won’t be is important. We are screwed regardless.

If Nadler loses his Congressional seat in NY there’s always NJ. He’d fit right in.
Maybe he can buy my house when I GTF outta here.
The big city Jews are escaping the confines of NYC and trading the lack of space for a comparably less crowded and less expensive NJ. Relatively safer because they’ll only be cursed and insulted instead of having masonry blocks thrown at them. With the exodus of middle-class taxpayers from NJ there will be more than enough opportunity for the middle-aged pensioners, illegals, minorities, and the Jews to fight over what’s left when SHTF in a few years.
Like they say, in the land of the blind a one-eyed man is king.

His pants don’t even fit.
He needs a new tailor.
And a new job, or,
He needs to just retire.

yes… the current two parties controlling Congress are Bolsheviks and Zionists. Americans no longer have a dog in the battle over the governance of a declining Empire.

Anyone have an updated list … seems strange there isn’t one easily available… perhaps it will be done after the Fed audit and the Fort Knox audit.

Shut up anti-Semite. No one can know. It’s confidential governemnt businessmen, so mind you own business.

Dual Citizens in Congress? We Need to Know

It seems that even the question of who is or may be a dual citizen presses a red button. Some years back I telephoned the DC office of one of my senators for help in identifying Members of Congress who hold dual citizenship. After a long pause, the response was unequivocal: “You are not entitled to that information!” The offices of my other senator and congressman were no more helpful, while two nonprofits promoting ethics in government failed to return my voice messages summarizing the issue.

Until the Supreme Court decided otherwise in the 1967 case of Afroyim v. Rusk, a U.S. citizen who voted in a political election in a foreign state would lose his or her U.S. citizenship. Afroyim removed that penalty. It made dual or multiple citizenship legally permissible.

Exactly. Aren’t there more troops in the ME now than when Trump took office? The guy ran on an anti-war/anti-intervention ticket, just like every other winning candidate in the last 150 years, but his record shows otherwise just like all the others.

In the eyes of the Bolsheviks, it may make sense to hold onto the impeachment articles as a way to influence the election: “We must gain power in the Senate to properly dispose of Orange Man Bad.” Not sure if there is a statute of limitations for these articles.

Their rules, they will play it the way they see fit. Likely waiting for a bigger shock so the sure-to-fail impeachment will then not be needed. It’s like Saturday night in the hood: as gun shots ring out more and more are heard and more and more casualties pile up.

Now they’ve done their sneaky little game, they need to be punished. If I were in the casa blanca, I would be siccing the FBI on them, auditing them, their families, their business partners, their primary donors, etc, and turning each one of them into a giant project. Freeze their assets to investigate Russian collusion, check for potential intelligence connections overseas, and use every single power available to fuck with them in all ways possible. Hell, if I were Trump, I would be holding rallies outside their home district offices just to fuck with them. And make appeals directly to their own constituents, “Run against Pelosi/Nadler/Schiff/whatever and I’ll personally donate 1,000,000 to you if you get over 10% support! Your community is a great community, the best community ev-ah, but you need a real representative who isn’t a bought-and-paid-for crook! That’s why I’ll donate first!”

If there is no time limit on the House sending the articles of impeachment to the Senate, the treasonous bastards known as the democrats will focus all their efforts to win the senate in November. On their last day in power with one minute left they get some rino treasonous bastard to accept the articles then when they are in charge of the senate they impeach trump. This seems to be their plan.

When I see Nadler on the teevee, I try to imagine the wall behind him spattered with blood and brain matter.
