In a relationship, when one of the parties is caught in deception by the other party, there is distrust on anything else the other party does. If they are caught more than once, there is little credence in anything they say, or do.
I extrapolate this thinking to that video and what Corbett had to say in the video linked below.
We have come to know that our government, and for that matter, governments around the world lie to the people they govern. The lie for many different reasons. So, I am at a place where I know longer take ANYTHING at face value. Did they really kill that Iranian General yesterday? Probably. Was it as simple as retribution for the attack on our embassy? (After all, who is really behind that attack? Iran, or CIA backed rebels?). Not likely.
See, the tentacles of deceit go in all different directions and the rabbit holes are almost limitless. Now, we may be going to war or, there may be enough rhetoric and actions in the middle east to take the attention off of Trump and the impeachment process. Or, we are continuing to take care of our Saudi “friends” to maintain our oil hegemony and the petrodollar. It goes on and on and on…

I have come to the point after almost five years (since I retired) with the time to confirm all my suspicions after starting the spiritual/red/black pill experiences in 1993, after thoroughly reading a library of carefully selected books, while pouring over the internet seeking truth, that EVERYTHING I have been taught in school, HS, in the military, then in college, plus EVERYTHING I had learned from the media and from the government (both parties and all three branches) is twisted half-truths, outright lies, masked deception, relentless propaganda, constant distractions, waves of brainwashing, mindless mind control, and (in this order) spiritual – cultural – political – and economic treason against God and His creation.
As far as what is really going on I like the premise of the link below that the infighting in-between the 3 major Bankster Crime Families in the world, who are fighting for control of the controls of the NWO, are getting ready for yet another Game of Thrones war in the middle east.

I know there is a growing American awakening…TBP and many other sites (the list is expanding) more and more hard hitting video channels, and truthful books being published are proof, but is it enough to survive the tsunami after its impending and inevitable worldwide crash…caused and managed by the people in the chart above.

I have to go with prophecy and concede this 4th turning crescendo could easily flip into tribulation in the US. If you’re a Christen in the Middle East, the center of Bible prophecy, the four horses and their colorful riders have already been galloping.
Yep! all of it is disgusting and that is putting it mildly. I guess if war is what the elites want, than a war is what they are going to have. There is an awakening in this land but, the high percentage of Americans are still at 1st or at best, 2nd level thinking. Many of my conservative, and Christian friends believe that Trump is going to save the day and really “give it to ’em”.

Mark, like you, I’m a Christian and I cannot take off that lens with regard to my worldview and what is unfolding. The only truth I find is in the bible. I really believe the Lord is trying to show that to everyone with eyes to see and ears to hear. I continually pray for a heart of flesh, and not one that goes to stone. That, and wisdom and discernment in these ever darkening days.

Well, when I was in the AWACS radar business, I was Miss Big White Parts (Klystron Tubes which were the size of engines. Some engines would be smaller. Lest we have another “he whom I will not summon” I will promise I could produce not only photos of the tubes in the lower lobe, while a lovely young airman (female and blond) did the preflight (I was an instructor (contract) and got permission to take training photos and the AF took away the film but I have the digital images.) In fact, I could produce the entire boring lesson because I pretty much archive a lot of stuff I should toss.
