Per the comments on the YouTube page, the audio is horrible on this Ted talk. I’ve never heard a bad audio on a Ted Talk before and like others said, was it deliberate?

I left at minute one for that reason. Visual was also poor for a Ted talk. Did I miss anything good?
We both left at about the same juncture…I did want to listen to him but, the extremely poor audio killed it for me.
I stopped after a minute too… too bad. I really am interested in what Armstrong has to say.
It was like it was filmed in the storage barn out back the acoustics and lighting were so bad. In fact, I think the storage barn out back would be better!

It reminded me of the Bootleg movie CD’s my Nephew used to watch where someone paid admission and recorded it on their cell phone.
I think we all left at about the same time for the same reason; also disappointed. Do folks follow his blog? He posts 3 or 4 very short items daily that are up first thing (for me anyway in the mountain time zone) in the morning. I find them interesting.
