Legislation to Force Testing or Bar you From the Public

MEHPA stands for Model State Emergency Health Powers Act. It is a draft of model legislation to increase state powers to respond to bio-terrorism or other outbreaks of disease that the Centers for Disease Control and others want the states to pass into law. Although such legislation is needed, the current draft of the Model Act, unfortunately, is written in a way that doesn’t adequately protect citizens against the misuse of the tremendous powers that it would grant in an emergency.
Denmark rushed through a bill that allows them to enlist the police in forced testing, treatment, and punishment relating to the coronavirus. You can be punished for refusing to be tested, and you can be forcibly vaccinated. You can be refused access to supermarkets, shops, public transport, etc. unless you are tested.
We already prevent children from attending public schools if they do not have the required vaccinations, so why not get a version for the adults, too. They will have to administer my shot via 5.56
The times and reasons for vaccinations has changed since we were children. I feel the need has morphed from prevention to a form of control. This for me is the defining difference. I agree TN Patriot that I will be vaccinated for these various knee jerks over my dead body. I refuse to be controlled by fear, political hype and out and out coercion. We as a people and country have to stop this madness and dictatorial progression. I feel this covid-19 is real but, it is being used as a psych-ops to herd people into giving up more rights just as Corbett points out. Great article in my opinion. And, yes we are at war with certain parts of our own government. The question is, which side is going to pull the trigger for the shot heard around the world? Or, do we simply fall asleep and quietly die as a country and people?
O T – Agree that we faced some much more devastating diseases as children. I went to grade school with a kid who had polio and knew a couple more in college. They all had grim prospects for adulthood and more than likely a shortened lifespan due to the disease.
Just about everyone I knew had mumps and measles as kids. It was just part of growing up and now we require our kids to get vaccinated with mercury laden serums to prevent what was once considered normal.
Government control is scary. I fear that too many will just sit idly by and watch our country die.
People vote themselves into socialism, but they have to fight their way out of it.
How true TN Patriot. Times are-a-changin. I for one can’t abide by some of these changes.
On the flip side,I have tried to teach my children independence and self sufficiency along with a belief in God but, there are a couple that just don’t get it. There is always hope but, am not holding my breath. I am praying that there is a greater majority in the young crowed that gets it. Lots of hard times ahead for all of us no matter which way this goes.
One of my grandsons asked his parents if they had ever seen anything like this and were told that even their grandparents had not. All we can do is trust in God and take care of each other and that is exactly what I am going to do, as long as I draw breath.
I hear you loud and clear TN-P. I have been getting ready for this all my life I feel. There is no need to alter direction now. My best to you and yours & God be with us.

Under the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, upon the declaration of
a “public health emergency,” governors and
public health officials would be empowered to:
►Force individuals suspected of harboring an “infectious disease” to
undergo medical examinations.
►Track and share an individual’s personal health information, including
genetic information.
►Force persons to be vaccinated, treated, or quarantined for
infectious diseases.
►Mandate that all healthcare providers report all cases of persons who harbor
any illness or health condition that may be caused by an epidemic or an
infectious agent and might pose a “substantial risk” to a “significant number
of people or cause a long-term disability.” (Note: Neither “substantial risk”
nor “significant number” are defined in the draft.)
►Force pharmacists to report any unusual or any increased prescription rates
that may be caused by epidemic diseases.
►Preempt existing state laws, rules and regulations, including those relating
to privacy, medical licensure, and–this is key–property rights.
►Control public and private property during a public health emergency,
including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, nursing homes, other
health care facilities, and communications devices.
►Mobilize all or any part of the “organized militia into service to the state to
help enforce the state’s orders.”
►Ration firearms, explosives, food, fuel and alcoholic beverages, among
other commodities.
►Impose fines and penalties to enforce their orders.

I watched this and it is solid Corbett stuff. I sent it to three people and said if you’re not going to watch the whole thing then just skip to the 1 hour and 4 minutes. That closing was epic.
It seems JooTube is having problems this morning.
Place fear into the population and you control their minds. Covid-19 is the new boogie man for a new war, however, the damage it is doing is far greater than contacting the sniffles from the disease. Placing neighbour against neighbour and being in fear of said neighbour is the ultimate goal here. Turned off the tv and all radio, as it is 100% wall to wall (we are going to die) bullshit, and the kicker is that there are reports of family gatherings of 10-15 people being reported as acts of civil disobeience here in Canada. are you fucking kidding me? neighbours ratting out friends and family for not staying away?
what all this reminds me of is 1938 Nazi Germany and the start of the segregation of the rounding up of the Jewish people and the lead off to control of the population. shutting down the world over a bug that if lucky will kill off 25,000 people total world wide? as 500,000 will die from smoking related illness alone (in the USA).

For all those that have not done it. Get to the range and verify your zeros. This is looking to be more than a practice run.
I did this yesterday, was shocked at the line of people (~20) purchasing guns.
Ammo in short supply. They were allowing 14 people in the store at one time, 7 for gun purchase, 7 for ammo only purchase with a limit of two boxes ! Bit surprised.
Have only a few many guns, but readied my two self defense weapons just in case.
Personal opinion, IF the supply chain fails, have 2 to 4 weeks from the start of social problems.
