The humor ends when you realize that the US government (and probably the UK government) pays people to sit in darkened rooms and carry out just that sort of murder (often of innocents) in supposedly sovereign nations, all for doing little more than simply walking their dog. Oh, and don’t give anyone any ideas. They are just looking for an excuse to carry out this for real.
I thought Derbyshire was using directed energy weapons now, rather than basic, primitive guided munitions. Maybe they have some old ones left over and had to use them up before they’re past their “best by” dates. Hmm.
