a big problem with the hotel hallway shoot was that the officer who was shouting,giving contradictory orders & just being an all around unprofessional ahole was not the shooter–
the shooter was an underling who had his finger on the trigger the entire time while the other cop was yelling & the tension got to the shooter–
the cop in charge who was the yeller immediately retired & moved out of the country–
To the Philippines, I read. A fitting punishment for a murderer. Hopefully, Duterte will even the score.
