There is a group of people who feel it is their right and responsibility to control the actions of others. These people are often insignificant, marginally intelligent and incapable of independent thought. You can see them as children, the little tattlers who always run to teacher to snitch on their classmates and they grow up physically but remain the little tattlers as adults. Women are especially prone to this. What amused me no end was the story of the snitch hotline where those who thought they were anonymously ratting out their neighbors had their identities exposed.
