When I hear the Black Lies Matter rioters talking about “systemic racism”, I think abut Memphrica, the largest city near me. It has had a democrat mayor for 30 years, usually a black man; I cannot remember the last time there was a white police director; the police force is majority black and has been for quite some time.
If there is “systemic racism” in the police department, doesn’t it come from the black democrat leadership?
Atlanta had Black Mayors since 1974. Forty Six years of Black leadership. If there is systemic racism in ATL, the Black mayor has no one to blame but her own party and own ethnic cohort.
The 1964 Civil Riots Act and Affirmative Action is Systemic Racism, Stupid.
Vermont is run by democrats too, but it’s not a violent place. So are these violent cities being Democrat-run a symptom or a cause?
What is different about Vermont compared to violent cities?
