Sydney Powell, known for being General Flynn’s attorney, has proclaimed along with many others that they believe the CIA programs Hammer and Scorecard have been procured by the Democrats and are being used to change votes and algorithms etc. to peel off enough votes to win but not arouse suspicions. It is alleged it can produce a three percent swing and has been used in the so-called “Color Revolutions” in Europe and MENA regions. Fraudulent unsolicited mail ballots figure prominently as well.
It is HIGHLY noteworthy that in only the states where the dispute over huge numbers appearing magically over and over like PA did Biden not only match but improbably exceeded Hillary’s 2016 numbers. Everywhere else Biden underperformed Hillary’s numbers. Everywhere else Trump exceeded 2016 and had coattails to increase the state houses and US House.
This exactly what Revolver news and Beattie have been claiming was going to happen for months. In addition, claims of Big Tech banning, blocking, deplatforming those refusing the “narrative” has come swiftly. Next, I expect an attempt to use FOX News as a Judas Goat to calm or persuade the Deplorables. All exactly as Revolver claimed. Expect more banning and deplatforming with the lies coming faster and thicker.
I predict this will be a violent struggle in the courts and hopefully state legislatures. The four or five states involved all have almost entirely Democrat executive branches while both houses of the legislatures are Republican. Those legislatures can elect Trump Electors regardless of voting results. Few are yet aware that our voting is plenary and the legislatures retain the right to override. Originally, only legislatures voted for President and sent Electors. They have never relinquished this right and can vote for whoever they want. I guess the popular vote was a bone thrown to us.

No reputable software company does software updates in the middle of running a critical application (like counting votes) unless there are very serious issues with the software.

The Fractional/decimal software undetectable algorithm that can only be exposed regarding its inner workings and control by a someone with a deep understanding of codes . The writing and applications and the encryption of that code .
This software is on 99% of all voting machines and ballot counting devices .
This issue was brought before a judge proving that vote valuations were fractionalized .
One area each vote registered 1.5 other areas .75 . The encryption code would balance out to a whole number . This is how a prescient shows a voter turn out of say 89% but the head count or ballot count was actually 79% that 10% add up equals thousands of votes directed to one candidate . Like when 22,000 ballots arrive late and every single one is miraculously for Biden ! It’s a Miracle , ya that’s it !
