This is an anti-white video, and a screwing over of the original song by Tears For Fears.

This should be required viewing. Quite the commentary.
I recall the first time I saw the phone addicted morons in large numbers. I took the Mrs. to a Lyle Lovett concert. We were in about the fourth row, absolutely perfect. All around us were idiots watching this performance on their little phone screens while the guy is right there fifteen or twenty feet away.

This is exactly why I stopped going to live music performances. I was the only one actually watching the show while everyone around me held up their phones recording the show but missing the entire performance. I’d rather be alone than join the herd.

I think I have the answer. Kill the internet. AND virtually all high tech.

Question: Where would we be without Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google, Microsoft, Qualcomm and a whole lot of others?

Answer: A whole lot better off in virtually EVERY way.

What has high tech actually improved for regular people?

Connect with “friends” on Facebook? Sure you do. Those are not your “friends”. They are casual acquaintances at best. The reason they are on there is to brag about themselves and to show you that somehow, their life is better than yours. Studies show that the more time an individual spends on Facebook, the more likely they are to suffer from depression. Some friends!

Amazon? Cheap doodads delivered conveniently. Junk. Big deal!

It’s the same with all high tech. It has delivered huge improvements in things we didn’t ask for, didn’t want and didn’t need. It destroyed businesses and entire industries and concentrated all the wealth and power to a very few at the top. It has given government the power to control every aspect of your life. It has given con-men and swindlers direct access to your most private information and your finances. Ever hear of “identity theft” before the internet?

How about medical technology and pharmaceuticals? Well, at least there is some tangible benefit there, which is more than you can say for the rest of high tech. Life expectancy in 1980 was 73.25. In 2020, it is 78.81. Do you know that a large portion of that increase is due to the reduction of the child mortality rate? And life expectancy in the USA has actually DECLINED since 2015.

How about The Burning Platform? It wouldn’t exist without the internet. Yes it would. It could be just as effective in print form as a weekly newsletter. In that form, it wouldn’t be censored by gatekeepers who hate us and Admin could sell ads and maybe actually make money at it.

Have you considered who HAS benefited from high tech? The worst people in the world, that’s who.

Monsters who want to use “government” to crush and control everyone around them. Kamala Harris, Sandy Cortez, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsome, Angela Merkel, Xi Jin Ping. These type of people have always existed, but until recently, they didn’t have the means to successfully enact their evil desires on a world scale.

Nerds also benefited. There was a movie in 1984 called Revenge of the Nerds. It was supposedly a comedy. Little did we know that in actuality it was one of the most horrific monster movies ever made and the monsters were the Nerds. Nasty, angry, resentful, greedy, controlling, condescending, disingenuous, awful human beings doesn’t even begin to describe these monsters. Much worse than Dracula or Frankenstein. Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Tim Cook, Sundar Pichai and, in a class by himself, Mark Zuckerberg. I mean, have you seen this guy? WTF?

To see a stark contrast between what we are now and what we once were, please take a few minutes to re-watch the video above, then watch this:

Then tell me we’ve improved.

Summoned it up pretty well.
I was handing out Bibles at a college in the Student Union, sitting at a table were five or six students and instead of talking each of them were staring at their phones for a least an hour.

Was also here, but not handing out Bibles, and nobody had a phone.

That one makes a good statement on the addiction to devices but I still like the original better. I’ve always like this song. I’m not sure why because it’s so sad.

The madness is deliberate, it is being by actors playing roles in order to completely demoralize and subject the populations of man.

The only way to win is not to play.

Love it when you repost links to past gems.
That one is amazing, and chock full of comments and insights, + a few fights.
EC is featured prominently in that comment thread.

It was a splendid trip down memory lane from 2018.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Admin.
