Could it be when wearing a mask and contracting COVID-19 and you continue to wear the mask, the viral load in your body becomes unmanageable. Killing you. At least making is much worse. Then when you take the mask off you spread the disease much easier.
Deep breathing is rather important, too. Most people are shallow breathers and then with masks things get even worse. Cells need Oxygen and need to get rid of carbon dioxide and cell detritus. Breath deeply and often!

We’ve passed the 1 million mark for the recall effort, so hopefully we can pry this idiot out of Sacramento. No, it’s not working, and the metric that’s really in play (“cases”) is to blame. Because the test they’re using is bonus and spews false positives! So we have a slew of people who think they’re infected, but aren’t. In the meantime if the “cases” number goes up, Newslum yanks us back into shutdown land. Our sheriff told him to get lost.
That Ct game is being played everywhere. I know probably dozens who over the past couple months have declared they’ve had a “positive test” and went into freak out mode. I know few that had a physical illness. I know 2 that have died. Death is sad, but it is a side-effect of being born: sometimes you are 80 and sometimes you are 30. Same as it ever was.
