I think those of you who enjoy the contest between the two dystopian views will enjoy this short video. Not only is it eerily narrated by Huxley himself, prescient on so many details of our current culture it makes me wonder about other aspects of Huxley’s vision. However, I believe the artist’s version of the story told on the drawing board is also fascinating.
I hope others appreciate the perspective on the Huxley/Orwell comparison as a merger and will comment on how very well the artist managed to illustrate Huxley’s meaning with modern symbols of our servitude. With Huxley’s calm, detached narrative in the background, the artist sketches some very meaningful scenes and commentary to illustrate and correlate his words with current events. For example, this is the screen view at 6:15 is a good example of how the artist presents the merger of the two, with an electronic gadget imprisoning the willing.
Please take the time to think about this merger of the two dystopian worldviews as the same, but from a slightly different point of view.

That was a very fascinating and engaging presentation. It was especially profound to see the artistically modern interpretation paired to the audio of Huxley’s narration and with Orwell’s visage, warning, and call-to-action at the end.
It seems psychology is where philosophy and politics meet and, obviously, powerful people have been perfecting the alchemy for decades.
Yet, they consider themselves puppet-masters while failing to comprehend their own strings; and that is quite the paradox indeed.
Extraordinary. I knew most of it but it’s a necessary refresher course. I KNOW I’m in the 20% who is not very suggestable because I was brought up in a strictly Catholic family. They pounded me with the idea that my soul would burn forever in hell if I didn’t submit. I coughed it all up as soon as I broke free of the indoctrination in college. Of course, getting my first piece of tail accelerated the process.

I really care nothing about assessments of human behavior, much past the original introduction of sin into this world- I just view everything through a Biblical lens…. know what I mean?

He also spends several minutes talking about Trump’s extensive and costly efforts pursuing human trafficking as being the primary reason the ‘Deep State’ had to get rid of Trump (I differ greatly-not with Trump’s results in that arena but with the overall motive)

What do you know about the book of Revelations? Especially as it pertains to the King of the North? You could possibly do an article? Just a request. I shouldn’t put that on you.
Maybe you could instead give me your opinion on why preachers never seem to preach the book of Revelations?
