It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. But it is not easy nor inexpensive to do so, especially when those who wish to prevent us from making the truth known, attack us without mercy on all fronts on a daily basis. So each time you visit the site, I would ask that you consider the value that you receive and have received from The Burning Platform and the community of which you are a vital part. I can't do it all alone, and I need your help and support to keep it alive. Please consider contributing an amount commensurate to the value that you receive from this site and community, or even by becoming a sustaining supporter through periodic contributions. Yeah, thanks for sharing this link, this guy is fabulous! I immediately subscribed and then looked through his videos, and the one on the homeless in MacArthur Park — if you’d shown me this footage as part of a Hollywood Movie I would have said, “That’s just way too over-the-top, nobody will believe that.” Holy s**t. I was a kid in LA, 1963-1971, and it’s just heartbreaking to see what’s become of the place.

If Sgt. Schultz had a son, he would look like this guy.

I first moved to L.A. after the Navy in 1979. Though I lived close to West Hollywood, I would go over the hill and visit Burbank. It was almost like Mayberry RFD then. Moved back to the Midwest a year later. Returned to Hollywood in 1989, and by the mid-90s, Burbank was crowded, built up and was half Mexico City, half Armenia. Returned to the Midwest 6 years ago. Sad to see such a beautiful state ruined by illegal aliens and liberal nuts, fruits, flakes.

We have friends in Santa Monica that live close to there. It’s sad to see the shops all closing, looked downright dead compared to all of the other times we’ve been there.

Last time we were there, a couple of years now, if one walked off of the boardwalk just a block, it was dirty and scary amongst the multi million dollar homes. Even safer Santa Monica hasn’t been spared from the homeless onslaught. Lockdown is the final blow. Newsom has destroyed the State, and now it seems like half of California wants to move to Mohave County (NW Arizona.)

It makes one sad to see it, but so very glad that I live in the country.
