THAT really sums it up in one fell swoop.
As someone so astutely noted, why aren’t there biohazard waste receptacles all over the place? If this virus is so deadly that ‘masks’ must be worn all the time then it is also deadly enough to demand proper waste disposal. Streets are now littered with disposable masks, they should be considered WORSE than used hypodermics.
I have used most of these types, throw in SCBA and supplied air, but try to explain that to someone wearing a bandana. HA! They say “Well, I don’t know” an awful lot. If there ever is TRULY an emergency where as appropriate PPE is required, these people are DEAD.
