Ron Paul
Says all the right things, checks all the right boxes, a man of the people.
But what did he change? How did he change the way things work?
FAIL
Bullshit. He relit the light of liberty in millions of minds, although not yours though.
How is it that Jesus lit the light of X and yet the bulk of Xians (according to your very observation) booed Ron Paul. The light of liberty in millions of minds has translated into diddly. Still a dehumanizing decline. Isn’t it time we put away fairy tales and rationally identify what can and can’t be done to remedy things?
Ron Paul was soft in that debate. Sorry, he was. He was challenged by Rudy and he did not call out the corrupt empire. Bernie Communist is the same way. A cult following but soft on the campaign trail. Sure, I wish RP got to be prez., but the herd voters need some primitive forcefulness to believe. Antifa got more done in one year than RP got done in his entire political career. Nancy P. got more done in one month than RP in whole political career. Sad, but true.
If I recall correctly it was in Columbia, South Carolina. It’s where Dr. Paul said we should run our foreign policy according to the golden rule and that room full of devout Christians booed him.
Ron Paul was the first in recent time to show elections are fake. In the Nevada caucus in 08 we learned the depth of corruption in the GOP. Mcstain, Romny, Rudy all worked together to silence Ron Paul.
The fact that we still don’t have a viable third party when most people hate the Ds and the Rs speaks volumes.
Thanks for that awesome memory! I was a Republican Clark County Nevada County Delegate (as well as a state delegate), we literally took over the republican party and drove Reince Priebus insane. That was a great time. It also was part of my awakening when I saw what the republicans did to Ron, I understood without any question both party’s have the same ownership.
