Foreclosure Madness

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

The White House and other federal agencies jumped into action as state and local governments began screaming that they were not prepared to protect renters if the federal eviction ban expired with regard to rent evictions. The Census Bureau has warned that politicians have created a nightmare with the COVID lockdowns that destroyed jobs. There are now more than six million renter households that are behind on rent, according to a recent survey. Extending this ban on evictions and foreclosures until the end of July just may be why our computer has projected such a while period is coming especially in August.

The pause on evictions and foreclosures for federally backed mortgages shows just how messed up the politicians are when it comes to managing the economy. This is like letting the kids just eat cookies because that’s what they would love to do. We have the European Central Bank lower rates to negative in 2014 and they became trapped. They destroyed their bond markets which then even sent central banks to buying stocks just to diversify because of the systemic risk they created themselves.

Those in power are just incompetent of ever managing the economy. Once they stuck their foot in the door, if they take it out and there is a wave of foreclosures, they will be to blame. So what do they do then? Put the foot back in the door and suspend all mortgages because they have an election in 2022?

Welcome to the reality of big government. They are simply incompetent of managing the economy for they have NO IDEA of how it even functions. They have added two years of crisis to everyone’s mortgages. They never thought about that. They just did whatever they had to in order to carry out the Schwab lockdowns.

Doesn’t matter if the disenfranchised citizenry are right most of the time about matters of a fair running society, politicians are unaccountable cogs via uni-party machinery of the globalist shadow state. Perhaps our surrender will soon be brokered in Biden’s farewell speech. Commit accordingly.

A gentleman I know from town has been buying rentals for decades. He’s a very blue collar guy, an auto mechanic, that wanted nothing to do with the stock market. Last I talked to him half of his renters were behind on payments despite an extra $300 from Uncle Sugar. I think he has 15 or 17 properties.

He’s already postponed his retirement because the planned income stream is gone. AND he can’t sell the properties because no one will want to be stuck with the deadbeat renters. He worked and saved his whole life and should be enjoying a very comfortable retirement but the politicians have yanked it right out from underneath him.

As an added bonus, local property taxes are still being collected on properties that aren’t generating any income.

Modern day Kulak thought his taxes paid for rule of law and due process concerning his private property. Don’t worry, we will be re-educated on the new normal none of us voted for.

A July 4th firework gone awry in one, a frozen turkey dropped into a fryolater by an ignorant tenant in another, etc. The properties burn, collect the insurance, and file it under lesson learned.

steve,
let your buddy know that in many states you can non renew a lease & if they are on a month to month tenancy he should just give them a notice that after x date he will not accept rent & they will have to vacate–he will give up the right to back rent but at least he will have his house back–
if they do not move he can evict them & if they do not state under oath that their income has been limited b/c of covid the judge will put them out–
i know several people who have done evictions like that–
edit–
also, rules violations do not protect them from eviction–tell him to start documenting all rule violations–

Going to be big time ugly when this thing turns over. Been prepping for over 20 years. The one thing missing from my wish list: Claymores.

Q1. Why is the federal government involved in backing mortgages in the first place?

Q2. Why are politicians ‘managing’ the economy?

The ‘system’ cannot be fixed.

Really feel for hard working people trying to make a future for their families only for some bloody clueless politician to come and destroy a lifetimes work. Forcing people to sell or foreclose so their properties can be purchased by some large capital investment company. Just like the mom and dad small businesses who were wiped in favor of Amazon by Covid restrictions. I really hope we can still win this fight, So then we can set up gallows all over the world and leave a bleak mark in history that will always be remembered by any would be corrupt politician or globalist control freak. Don’t fuck with us. We will end your whole bloodline in an hour. Aux armes, citoyens

The author misses the point: Everything is going pretty much as planned. Individual owners of property (people, not corporate entities) are being trussed up and prepared so they will peacefully cede ownership of said property on a mass scale, and in a way that the robber/establishment class can process without collapsing. Their goal is to steal everything, mostly by having us (the owners) give it to them in return for some sort of promise of security. We are supposed to give it to them, and so far that plan is going very well.

The problem that the establishment has is that they need desperately to complete this switcheroo, reset, global scam without having it be so severe that the system stops working. A lot of value disappears completely if the system collapses. They do not want an America where people all quit and turn on each other or secede to start a new game. They want an America where the important people (those of us who actually work at productive endeavors) continue to work at keeping the system going all the while giving up our rights, our property, and putting the chains we forged on the hands of or children and then ourselves. They are winning and they know it.

The best (and hardest) thing for us would be a catastrophic breakdown, all of a sudden, that resulted in absolute feral mayhem for a couple of years. Under those conditions (hard as it would be, and I would die for certain) the good and hardworking Americans could reclaim their rights, dispose of the worst of the malefactors, and begin a new nation. As it is, we will likely continue to eat crumbs and wonder why the kids are so fucking surly.

If you don’t see it happening, you are either willfully blind or too dumb to be qualified to access TBP.

Is Gates going to become the largest slumlord?

Anon, Perhaps, but only as a temporary (transitory??) measure. The plan is to eliminate slums by eliminating slum dwellers. Not so fast that they pile up in the streets and stink, mind you, but fast enough. AI and applied technology (robots, in a real broad description) are very rapidly making all of the lower classes (except the pretty girls and boys) and most of the middle classes (think foreman, shift leaders, and service providers to the no longer needed lower working classes) obsolete. They will be paid and supported for a while. Cheap pot and starchy food. Free porn. Free smartphones designed explicitly to brainwash through “entertainment” programming. Maybe these Covid® vaccines will induce a lack of ability or desire to reproduce or even fornicate. Give that just a few years and people will just fade away. Won’t even have to shoot them.

This is the basic plan. And it is working.

I’m pretty sure that TPTB know exactly what they’re doing and the desired results. It’s just another facet of destroying the middle class.

I keep seeing the same basic statistics, in terms of savings / investments, its fair to say the middle class is destroyed, the top 10% own 84% of stocks (see the article on TPB with David Stockman). People working and earning a Middle Class income are doing ok meeting month to month living costs, until they lose their job. Once income disappears, they are screwed, which I guess is the next phase with AI and MMT.

For example, my daughter is working, but was laid off for 10 weeks last year, her husband who made more than see did lost his job due to Covid shutdowns. He is finishing up his masters by end of this year. They are in their mid 30s and a prime example. And yes I helped them out, thats what fathers do.
