I was at my weekly lunch and cigar social yesterday (there is a local bar and restaurant that allows cigar smoking inside) with 5 other guys. 2 of them were new to the group. All of us are at Medicare age or near it so, we’ve all been around the block.
The discussion turned to C-19 and the latest “variants” and such. During the conversation it was determined that only myself, and one of the other guys had not been vaxxed. He is on the same page as me on why we haven’t taken it, and won’t every take it but, he is a peacemaker and would not enter into the following discussion.
When I discussed some of the concerns about the vaccine, dynamics quickly changed where you quickly found out who was on the left. When I mentioned the fact that there should never have been the need for a vaccine, especially an experimental one, as there were treatment methods. The guy that sat across from me, one of the new ones to the group, said “what would that treatment drug be?”.
You could tell by the look on his face he knew I would mention Hydroxychloriquine. As soon as I did, he brings in Trump. I told him I was not making this political and to forget about Trump. This went on for a short while longer where I discussed Ivermectin, Vit D3, Zinc, and other treatments that saved lives and were stopping the virus from replicating allowing people to heal via their own natural immune system.
He tells me that we can all read what we want to read to align with our own beliefs and narratives. I said true but, one must parse information and see if it aligns with what other experts or front line doctors are saying. In essence, keep investigating and see if there is a pattern and what others, with credentials and expertise have to say.
I asked him if he had heard of Dr. Robert Malone. He said no. I informed him he was the inventor of mRNA and that he was being ‘erased’ and doxxed. I went on to state what he has to say about the vaxx. This continued for a while longer where he was starting to squirm in his seat and was obviously getting agitated. He then admits that after he got the 2nd shot of the Pfizer jab he and his wife went out to “party”.
He said he is done paying attention to anything as it is all BS. I said you decided not to investigate a purported vaccine of unknown material, never done before, and have it injected into your body? He said yes! Emphatically.
I’m sorry for the ramble here but I’m so tired. I’m so tired of imbeciles that are suffering from either cognitive dissonance or just plain ignorance. This ignorance, apathy, or laziness, is why America is lost.
I get passionate about what I believe and I truly try and share the information that I have discovered hoping, hoping that some of it would get through. More times than not I sometimes wish I would just keep my mouth shut and to not allow myself to get upset and agitated on how much ignorance there is to a country that is in well into a coup and about to change in ways that would have seemed unimaginable. How can so many people be blind to what is going on?
If not for venues like The Burning Platform I would start to think that I’m the nut and that I’m the one that needs to chill out. . I’m tired.

I can sympathize with you BEL. My mrs. took the jab but refuses to listen to me on this one medical issue. I have been her go to source for med advice for 30 years since I became an EMT, but somehow she won’t on this. Now I am waiting to see how she reacts long term. No initial reaction for now. Only been 2-3 months. Several other co-morbidities involved also. Oh well, what to do?
My Son’s fiancé is a nurse and had Covid last spring. However, she took the vax when available. My son had the Covid last fall and as far as I know has refused the vax, he actually listened to my reasoning and logic. Have always looked forward to eventually having a grandkid(s) I could teach and spoil. Now not sure if that will ever happen, mainly because of the fiancé getting the vax and the possible sterility and stillbirth issues I’ve read about. I’ve pretty much have been pushed into the “nothing left to lose” zone. I’ll be worse than a Viking Berserker if I’m unleashed and I pity the ones who stand in my way.

Doc, my next door neighbor has got a very rough bout going on right now with the ‘rona. He spent 3 days in the hospital and was sent home. I had bought Ivermectin 12mg pills last year. I looked at the weight chart (he is ~225-235lbs). I put together a care package of 10 of the 12mg pills instructing him to take 2 a day for 5 days, along with a Zinc tablet (50mg per day), Liposomal Vitamin c (2 a day at 1600mg’s) and a D3 (5,000 iu’s) a day.

Some of my wife’s kids and her granddaughter are trying to talk her into it. She told me a couple of weeks ago she was ready and I said nothing. That evening at dinner, I casually brought up the stats from Israel where almost everyone is vaxxed, shaking my head and saying 1/2 to myself if those people were sorry for getting an experimental shot with little research behind it. Nothing more was said. A day or so latter, I mentioned what was going on in England and how there were as many people who had been vaxxed who had died of covid 19(84) as those who were unvaxxed. She has not mentioned getting the shot since. I do not argue about it and do not lecture, just occasionally bring up some facts and then move on to another subject.
If she takes those shots she’ll cash in her checks within about 4 years. You’ll be rid of her and her kids too, if they all took their shots like the little proles they likely are.
4 years is way outside the parameters of the deaths from the lethal Injection, I wouldn’t put the majority of them further out than three years from the first jab.
I’m being optimistic. Four years from now is 2025, by which time Deagel told us that the population of America would be 70% less than it is now.

I got the vaccine, reluctantly, because of my age and everyday contact with family members in the medical community who are working directly with covid patients. Every individual has to weigh a bunch of factors in their decision. If I had access to HCQ and Ivermectin, I probably would have passed on it but the overlords are cutting off that option.

It is difficult to dissuade people from those they see as their authority figures. Additionally many Americans are lazy and take the path of least resistance even if that means getting a shot for an illness that 99% of people who get it recover from.

Here in rural Texas, most people are still living a normal life(pre-2020). No masks. But the propaganda to get vaxxed is everywhere. A lot of people here don’t believe the BS going on from conversations I have had. Then I drive 50 minutes to Dallas where a lot of my work is and the people there are insane! Masks everywhere. Didn’t work the first time but let’s try it again. And they won’t listen when you try to explain that this is less about a virus and more about control and obedience training.
I believe the stimmies handed out have made the shackles comfortable enough for most to endure. Who wants to lose their Netflix and iPhones? We won’t be gettin’ evicted now, Ethyl and the drive-thru is open. See, Biden ain’t such a bad guy, just misunderstood.

When it comes to vaccines, I determine whether the person I’m talking to is a Trump hating Biden voter who has been jabbed. If they are, I then tell them that I would never take an experimental drug developed at warp speed by that jerk Trump. Their heads explode when I tell them that Biden and Harris warned us about the shot shot last Fall, and I agree with their advice to skip the shot.

Talked to an E.M.T. just coming off shift, told me he was worked into the ground carrying sick people to the hospital, vacced sick people . So many, they are running out of places to take them. I think that it is cognitive dissonance on steroids. Imagine taking something into your body blindly, only to start hearing mutterings that it could be a form of poison, or worse, and knowing you can’t remove it. That it is there for as long as you live? They dismiss it because thinking about it would be too painful to bear.
My son’s wife got the vaxx and now he’s very concerned about the shedding aspect of it.

Data released Aug. 13 by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that between Dec. 14, 2020 and Aug. 6, 2021, a total of 571,831 total adverse events were reported to VAERS, including 12,791 deaths — an increase of 425 over the previous week. There were 77,490 reports of serious injuries, including deaths, during the same time period — up 7,385 compared with the previous week.
Excluding “foreign reports” filed in VAERS, 451,049 adverse events, including 5,859 deaths and 36,871 serious injuries, were reported in the U.S. Of the 5,859 U.S. deaths reported as of Aug. 6, 13% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 19% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 33% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.”
