The first thoughts that entered my head upon hearing Joe Biden declare he had signed an executive order mandating the Covid vaccine for all federal employees on September 9th 2021 are largely unprintable, but ran along the lines of “God damn this dangerous fool”, and I meant it most literally, very nearly as a prayer, not to take His name in vain. “Damn him and his attacks on the people’s freedom and liberty.”
In the name of his desire “to protect all Americans”. Joe Biden has just unleashed the greatest tyrannical federal overreach and abuse of power in U.S. history, as he made the Covid vaccine mandatory for a total of nearly one hundred million Americans, despite earlier assurances that he would not do so. His actions violate the very spirit of the Constitution in the manner that only a true, evil sociopath could envision, as he ties his executive order to an OSHA rule yet to be created, that will force private sector companies with over one hundred employees to also mandate the vaccine. His actions smack of those of an emperor who cannot be questioned much more than a president at the service of the people.
Contrary to Biden’s assertion that “This is not about freedom or personal choice”, the issue at hand is one hundred percent all about freedom and personal choice, and stopping this out-of-control tyrannical regime from continuing to trample on the sacred rights of all Americans.
We know the vaccines don’t work. Vaccinated people are still coming down with Covid. And even though herd immunity has been shown to create much more protection for individuals than the Covid vaccine, still the Biden regime demands we all take a fake “vaccine” that requires “Forever Booster Shots”.
In one breath Biden claims to be acting on behalf of all Americans, while in the next he threatens the jobs of anyone who rejects this toxic, dangerous vaccine as a matter of conscience on any grounds, against the informed consent laws in existence for approximately the past four decades. He is basically forcing private companies to act as the federal government’s enforcement agency and force their employees who don’t want the vaccine to accept the Covid vaccine as a condition of employment or get fired.
Biden doesn’t have the authority to do this, and he knows it. He even admitted as much in December 2020.
Just a couple of months ago, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki acknowledged that a Covid vaccine mandates isn’t for the federal government to do; however, Biden seems to change his policies and his mind every time the wind changes direction and as it serves his ends at any given moment.
And it’s not stopping him now from using the Occupational Safety and Health Administration as his new medical People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs (NKVD), Joe Stalin-style.
Joe Biden can only use an Executive Order to supplement previously existing law passed by Congress, not to make new law in his current manner. This Covid Vaccine Mandate violates the Constitution in multiple areas, as does utilizing OSHA in an illegal attempt to bind Americans through illegally created “rules”, that violate our rights. One is also denied their Constitutional rights if forced to arbitrate any disputed matter through a bureaucrat, as this places administrative power above the law, side-stepping judges, and the courts.
What about the workers in small businesses with less than 100 workers who are exempt from Biden’s order? Are they somehow magically immune, or are the unvaccinated only seen as a threat if they work for the Big Fascist Corporations of America, whose money and influence Biden relies heavily on to advance his Marxist “social justice” narrative and anti-American agenda?
This proves he is only concerned with advancing his regime’s own false narrative surrounding Covid and his own power more than caring for the actual health of Americans, or actually protecting them.
As usual and through their limited knowledge, the proponents of the forced vaccination of America are quick to tout the 1905 Jacobson vs Massachusetts case as justification, rather than acknowledging each person’s own individuality is as a sovereign unto oneself. They have largely ignored that Jacobson was the basis for allowing for the forced sterilization of the mentally disabled in 1924, a ruling that was also later overturned. They are ignorant of the fact that the Supreme Court would later rule in Washington vs Harper [1990] that “the forcible injection of medication into a nonconsenting person’s body represents a substantial interference with that person’s liberty.”
The remote possibility of dying from Covid doesn’t serve as any arguable justification for the negation of all logic and our Inalienable God-Given Rights and freedom and liberties. But to listen to the Mad-Hatters in the Biden regime and their delusional followers across American society, one certainly gets the impression they’re alright with any perceived need for more tyrannical controls, ordered from on high.
It’s almost as though the Marxist/Maoist Cancel Culture Social Justice Warriors can barely contain their glee over Biden’s tyranny, as they rush to prove their loyalty to him and the New World Order that looms over the horizon.
Everything Ol’ High-Handed Joe is doing right now that’s supposedly aimed at eradicating Covid-19 is nothing less than more Big Government tyranny steamrolling over individual and States’ rights, as he and his regime operates under no legal restraints or real challenges, as of yet.
Soon after Joe Biden’s delusional and tyrannical speech, Governor Tate Reeves of Mississippi noted:
“The President has no authority to require that Americans inject themselves because of their employment at a private business. The vaccine itself is lifesaving [highly questionable at this moment], this unconstitutional move is terrifying. This is still America, and we still believe in freedom from tyrants”
Reported by Fox News, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) stated:
“The federal government has no authority to force businesses in Texas and across the country to mandate their employees get vaccinated. American businesses are still recovering from this past year and a half. It is cruel and burdensome to impose this authoritarian mandate. … [adding] Americans have the right to exercise personal choice when it comes to their health. Getting the vaccine is a decision to be made in consultation with one’s doctor, not forced on Americans by the government.”
Meanwhile, we hear calls from all across the country from the Commie academia and the amerikkans among us that Biden has not gone near far enough, as they call for mandatory Covid vaccinations for all travel, all schools and all employers, and an electronic database to track everybody’s proof of vaccination. Essentially, conservatives who reject the vaccine for a host of well-founded reasons will be excluded from being able to work through normal channels, and the nation overall will be thrown into a miserable Orwellian way of life, tracked and traced in public and at home too.
Friederich Hayek, renowned economist, once remarked that having “seen millions voting themselves into complete dependence on a tyrant (Hitler) has made our generation understand that to choose one’s government is not necessarily to secure one’s freedom.”
Matters are now in the hands of the suspect and corrupt courts and up in the air, since the nation is just as likely to see an activist Communist judge on the federal bench uphold Biden’s executive order as “constitutional” as not, even though it should be struck down out of hand immediately. If those Republicans who are currently threatening lawsuits can properly frame their argument and box the judge in tight, they should win, but given what we’ve already witnessed through the Supreme Court’s oft displayed cowardice, nothing is guaranteed.
So, as one deflection and diversion after another is thrown up against the wall to distract the country from the utter disaster Biden created in Afghanistan, America is left in the grip of Ol’ Joe and his handlers, who are tearing the Constitution apart supposedly for our own good, as they continuously employ and implement state of exception rules [extralegal measures], a concept formulated by Carl Schmitt, a philosopher of 1920s Germany, in order to institutionalize the ideology of their Communist base. And as such, this demands the fiercest of response from America’s patriots, by way of an unassailable defense of our Inalienable God-Given Rights, if we wish to reject this massive power grab by Biden and Marx Inc and remain a free nation and a free people with free choice in our daily private lives.

Focusing on this or that issue isn’t the war, it’s only a battle. Even if we win some of the battles, the war remains. It has been going on for generations, and just because more people are becoming aware of the struggle, that is not a cause for optimism. We are fighting a cabal that plays the long game and already controls the most important parts of the field. I seriously doubt their plans can be stopped by any means we have access to.
I find that hoping for a global collapse through whatever means is my most optimistic view of the future. I hope that the technocratic will eventually fail, but it may take an event which is beyond our control, such as an asteroid, sunspot, or divine intervention. All such things are hard to predict.
So I will continue to live my life as I see fit. When I come up against the opposition, I don’t expect to prevail. Nevertheless, that is my course.

Nearly everybody who has been alive for the past thirty-five years or more understands Biden isn’t really in charge, a cabal or the Deep State or Globalists [call them what one will] are in charge, the Constitution is only as good as the people backing it and requires acts more than lip-service and that we are witnessing a movement and a soft coup across all governmental institutions intended on abrogating the Constitution, eradicating the republic and ushering in a totalitarian regime not too unlike that of Communist China’s.
Rather than parsing words and arguing over nuances of what this author said or didn’t say in his article, one would have expected more solutions presented to the problem addressed within the article and in its context as one battle in the overall war against the Deep State’s continuous and advancing tyranny.

If I pull a knife or a gun on another human being, even if I don’t ever cut them or shoot them, I am de facto guilty of aggravated assault, because I have placed that human in fear of grievous bodily injury or death.
The “vaxx”, by the records that the government maintains clearly shows that the “vaxx” is responsible for grievous bodily injury and deaths, more than all vaccines given over the last 30 years combined. Now these tragedies have not been adjudicated as a crime because, so far, the “vaxx” was taken voluntarily with no coercion.
It seems to me that by mandating the “vaxx”, thereby coercing people into taking it, by possibly losing your job, healthcare, access to food, … , I am being threatened with the possibility of grievous bodily injury or death. 1. Move the conversation away from the total surrender in Afghanistan
2. Scare people into getting the shot that he says is inevitable
3. Create further division between the vaxxed and the smart
The first goal was 95% successful. The second was not nearly as successful as they hoped and it looks like the third is working in that it has now made the smart ones start to dislike the vaxxed for their pushiness.

The best that can be said is that the “Constitution” is a declaration that individuals ideally should have real power (thus the existence of the 2nd Amendment). In the real world if you don’t exercise your power, you don’t have it. We should all know by now that the total enslavement of the people will proceed if and/or until people overpower their would be oppressors. None of the State and local governments are on the people’s side. That includes the State and Federal Judiciaries. Neither voting nor lawsuits will save anyone from enslavement. Only the exercise of raw power. The question is where each person’s line is. Maybe its internment camps.
Despite the phrase you cherry-picked, the author is more than likely fully aware of the limits of the Constitution, but in speaking of the “spirit of the Constitution” he evokes the Original Constitution and the ideas and principles that drove men to secure their freedom. Most well-educated people understand that principles and laws have to be acted upon in order to bear fruit and results.

Nearly everybody who has been alive for the past thirty-five years or more understands Biden isn’t really in charge, a cabal or the Deep State or Globalists [call them what one will] are in charge, the Constitution is only as good as the people backing it and requires acts more than lip-service and that we are witnessing a movement and a soft coup across all governmental institutions intended on abrogating the Constitution, eradicating the republic and ushering in a totalitarian regime not too unlike that of Communist China’s.
Rather than parsing words and arguing over nuances of what this author said or didn’t say in his article, one would have expected more solutions presented to the problem addressed within the article and in its context as one battle in the overall war against the Deep State’s continuous and advancing tyranny.
Yes, every one of us knows there is a Bigger War, a BIG PICTURE, in the offing, but until and unless we are prepared to all at once rise up and fight the powers that be in an all out hot war, or even a successive and successful series of guerrilla campaigns, we are left with what we have and fighting one battle at a time, regardless of how and why the battle presents itself to us — a deflection or a serious assault on liberty or both.

For myself, I will refuse to take it. This is not something you are going to stop by the quite-defunct political methods which (more or less) held sway over the past few hundred years.

Yes, Ivor … I too am adamant in my refusal to comply and submit to the vaccine mandate, but that alone doesn’t alleviate and hold Americans harmless from the other mechanisms of coercion being implemented by way of OSHA and forcing them from their jobs upon their refusal to submit. That is what I was primarily referencing; anyone can refuse the vaccine, but then they are left combatting the consequences and the tyrannical penalties laid upon them by a tyrannical regime.
There are many moving parts to the current assault against our Founding and eventually no American will be unscathed by what this regime is implementing, even if they have the means and the option of walking away and trying to sit the fight out. This is a movement i.e. “The Great Reset” that aims to control all, every person, every resource, every last bit of wealth on earth in the hands of the few — the so-called “elite”.
As for American “CITIZENS” — I capitalized it the first time purposefully in hopes you would understand I meant it quite literally. I was speaking of actual U.S. citizens and not the “Afghan traitors” You speak of. I cannot speak to the actual number, although I’m certain it’s far more than the 100 the Biden regime keeps referencing, but I actually know several personally who are still there and currently trying to escape via land routes with the help of NGOs and some current military [on leave] and former SF.
The initial low estimates of U.S. citizens trapped were 11,000, which would suggest some 5000 are still there, for whatever the reason. Some estimates were three times that number, and the situation is further exacerbated by the U.S. State Department’s obfuscations and refusal to give a true indication of just how many there really are as they attempt to save face, so to speak.
Diversity? Yes … a whole other article to itself. We could stand a ten year moratorium on all immigration right now. There’s no doubt that the 1965 Immigration Act was just one of the pieces set in place by Teddy Kennedy and his fellow Travelers to subvert the American Founding.
The U.S. government cannot and must not ever again be allowed to exist with so little accountability to the people. We should not be tolerating such refusals to answer our valid and important questions for a second, but overall, the American people do, too often and time and again.
And although I don’t advocate armed revolution as the first choice for any bad political situation, the fact remains that We the people may not be given a choice, since Biden and Company are becoming ever the more comfortable in going to force as their first answer in all things. The more they force upon the people, the more restrained and constrained and suppressed we are by this regime and perhaps the one to follow, the more likely We the People will have to answer with the force of arms becomes.
Yes. seek peaceful solutions. But in the meantime, Americans’ inaction and current overall silence on the most important issues of the day is ensuring tyranny’s power will grow and be able to consolidate itself to being exponentially more difficult in casting off in the future, however near or far that time may be.
