The Regime Comes Clean

Guest Post by Eric Peters

When the law givers ignore the law, is there any obligation to obey the law-givers?

This question arises in the wake of the Biden regime – the right word, as it conveys the fundamental essence of the thing, as in capo regime . . . as in gang of thugs – announcing it doesn’t give a tinker’s damn for the recent  federal court stay of its order to private employers of 100 or more to require all employees submit to the Jab – else be Jabbed, themselves, with extortionate fines applied by OSHA.

Which lacks lawful jurisdiction to decree such a thing.

Never mind, moreover, that the capo regime hasn’t bothered to shepherd legislation through the “democratic process” – leg-humped when convenient – but rather simply ordered the mass Jabbing.

And the mass fining.

This being of a piece with the orders of the Don, duly enforced by the capos.

Hence, regime.

Well,  the Fifth Circuit of Appeals – which is a court and a federal one, at that – with legal/constitutional authority to bind the power of the federal government – issued a stay.

Which means that the Jabs cannot lawfully be required – or the fines applied – until after due process of law has elaborated.

Full stop. For now, at least.

This is the way it once worked when this country was governed by laws.

Some – okay, many  – of these laws were not good laws. But they were at least laws – the “at least” being a reference to the fact of some degree of process and accountability rather than the simple – do as you are told, because we tell you to do it – governed the law.

And bound the law-givers.

Remember, the president is – at least in theory – an executive. The chief executive, to be sure. But he is not – by law – a giver of law. His constitutional authority is to see that the laws are faithfully enforced.

Not to enforce his orders.

That is what capo regimes do.

Not even The Chimp did what this one is doing.

Remember I am the decider?

Woke leftists denounced The Chimp for that – and The Chimp was only asserting his prerogative to fire (or not) Don Rumsfeld, something he did have lawful authority to do.

Where are the situationally outraged Defenders of Democracy now?

The very bad precedent of executives ordering has of course been around for some time; it predates the Biden regime.

It made possible this regime’s executive ordering.

But – until now – no executive in modern times has ordered in defiance of a federal court order.

That being something very arguably impeachable.

Something that arguably calls for more.

A regime that orders – that refuses to acknowledge and submit to lawful orders – is a regime that can rightly be regarded as wholly unlawful and thus, illegitimate.

Whether the Don at the head of this regime was lawfully elected remains a matter of ongoing debate. There is a sufficiency of hinkiness to suspect the election was jiggered with, as via the weird/delayed count on Election Day (and into the next day) as well as the very iffy phenomenon of counting without first vetting a tsunami of absentee ballots.

But it is incontrovertible that the Don considers his regime above the law. That his will alone is the law.

It absolves us from obeying his lawlessness.

In a way, then, what the Don has done is a boon in that it has exposed the regime. The situational reverence for “democracy” – when it suits. The resort to force – when it suits.

When “democracy” doesn’t.

One of the regime’s consiglieres – White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jeane-Pierre – laid down the regime:

“People should not wait. They should continue to go – move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”

Dissection:

It is not “people.” It is employers – being threatened by the regime to force their employees to submit to being jabbed, via persuasive methods essentially the same as those employed by Luca Brasi – the fictional enforcer of the famous movie Don’s will. He secured the compliance of a recalcitrant movie producer by assuring him that either his signature – or his brains – would be on the paperwork placed before him, releasing the Don’s favorite singer (Johnny Fontaine) from contractual obligation.

The difference being the Don never pretended to be other than the head gangster of a regime   – and none of us ever signed a contract legally obliging us to obey.

Certainly not this regime – or this Don.

It is noteworthy – again – to point out that this “appropriate and necessary” Jab order doesn’t go into effect for almost two months, which suggests the Jab isn’t either thing. If it were, the Jab would be required right now.

Is “the pandemic” on hiatus until January?

What is actually “necessary” – from the standpoint of the regime – is that people accept its lawless orders. That we obey – whatever they say. That’s it. That is what was said by the regime’s halting announcement that it would not respect the stay ordered by a court with lawful jurisdiction over what it can lawfully order.

So let it begin.

It has already started.

So, if the Supreme Court takes this case and reverses the decision–thereby supporting the mandate–why should anyone pay attention? The mandate isn’t legal because the dictator in chief merely decreed it, and that same dictator just signaled that the judiciary doesn’t matter, so the obvious conclusion is no one should pay any attention to the mandate. Of course, most everyone will, so never mind.

Eric is being unfair to the mafia by equating them with politicians. The mafia has rules and tries to avoid involving innocent people in their affairs. Respect is an important quality in the mafia.

The current political regime doesn’t display any of these traits.

Trapped, you have been watching too many movies. The eastern European joo mafia have ZERO respect for anyone, they would love the goy to just die off and leave the Earth and all within for their ownership. Might I remind you that most politicians are owned by the mafia and /or work with them willingly.

I’ll bet you think the mafia is just Italian and Sicilian, think again. Asian mafia would abuse innocents all day long. Most governments are run by mafias now.

I’ve never understood the mass compliance of businesses and individuals on this mandate.

What if ALL companies just said no! Would those same companies be OK with killing people of color (being sarcastic here) to mitigate climate change? Would these same companies say it’s OK to murder supervisors and employees they don’t like? I mean c’mon, why are they complying?

If the majority of the companies just said NO, they could bring things to a screeching halt. If ALL employees said no, it would be the shot heard around the world. The world is looking at us. We’re the last beacon of hope. With my limited travel overseas when I was younger, the US was considered the last house on the left.

When Americans are pushed into a corner they’ll either fight back or die. What will you do?

There are many companies who are against this. They will be heavily fined for not going along. Too many small businesses have been trashed by the lock downs so now they threaten the rest. A friend of mine owns a mid size business and a customer started berating her for not going against the government and defying them. She asked him if he would be there beside her and defying .gov as well and help with the bills. He didn’t say anything.

Your comment sounds sincere, however, a line in the sand needs to be drawn. He won’t have a business to make a profit off of if the communists seize or nationalize it. If ALL businesses said ok, please fine me, I’m not doing it. What are they going to do? Nuke the business? Kill everyone? I don’t think so.

What are they going to do? Nuke the business?

Most of them, yes. They’re happy to make 90% of businesses shut down.

It just leaves more for the remaining 10% and there will be fewer chokepoints to manage in order to control, utterly, the citizenry. Soviet Kommissariats, with owned, appointed, or otherwise controlled Kommissars in charge of major sectors of the economy (energy, agriculture, manufacturing, mining, etc).

This is how Socialism and Fascism are two seemingly divergent roads that actually lead to the same destination: totalitarianism.

Debbie, I agree with you 100 percent and all businesses standing together against this SHOULD happen but most likely won’t. We are dealing with human nature and all its foibles. The gov has the best think tanks and behavior specialists at their disposal and know how people will react even before they do. Is the evil plan perfect? No, but seems to be working pretty well so far. People get scared and if they know they will get a check this week then that is what they will go for. Telling them they won’t have a business under Communism, although true, doesn’t cut it with them when they are able to rationalize all the “maybes” of it.possibly not coming true. Hell, people can’t agree on a football game much less an undertaking like putting their business on the line. Not saying you aren’t correct, just that we are also dea!ing with psyches that go wayward at times trying to do what they think is in their best interest.

The world is looking at us. We’re the last beacon of hope. With my limited travel overseas when I was younger, the US was considered the last house on the left.

I live overseas and before the nonsense began last March, I traveled a fair bit. None–as in not one–of the scores of folks with whom I spoke saw the USA as a “beacon of hope”, depending of course upon how one defines “hope”. If one lives in a shantytown or slum, then yes, the USA is the place to go, given the handouts that await, but I didn’t speak with those folks. “Regular” folk largely saw the USA as a deracinated, degenerate, consumerist society that held no interest for them; they found what had happened to the USA over the past 20 years or so incomprehensible but best avoided in spite of possible economic advantage.

Perhaps the fight might begin by correcting that trend, because if it is not corrected, beacon-turned-candle-flame might go out altogether.

I’m glad those other country residents don’t like us. Hotel USA is full. We don’t need any more brown maids, gardeners or telecom workers.

Countries like India sure like us. Scamming our elderly for gift cards. Parasitical losers. Too stupid to provide any value to their own country. Their only jobs are scamming older white people.

Or the lovely worthless blacks in Nigeria scamming white women on dating profiles.

Sure they don’t want to come here. They can scam overseas and hide their bloated brown asses.

We’re the only nation that has a 2nd amendment. Discussion of the holohoax will land you in jail in every country.

I’ll take my chances and stay in the US.

NO!
*Our government is designed to derive its JUST powers by the consent of the governed.*
I do not consent to the double standards. I do not consent to giving up my bodily autonomy. I do not consent to obeying those who are influenced by graft, bribes, and backroom deals. I do not consent to someone with dual citizenship making rules for me and my nation. Jabs for thee but not for me — NO!

The commies committed the Crime Of The Century lastNovember….and GOT AWAY WITH IT. They learned
that they can do literally ANYTHING and nohing will happen to them. So why wouldn’t they ignore the
orders of a Circuit Court. It’s not like the judiciary has any badgemonkeys they control to enforce their rulings.
That job belongs to the Executive Branch…..and they sure as hell aren’t going to do anything they don’t want to do.
And conversely the will do whatever they wish…..with impunity. We are a banana Republic….and the only recourse
left for ordinary people is to go rogue and start hunting.

The goal must be a full economic collapse. I was in the big box retail area of Pittsburgh today and the worker shortage was impossible to hide. Above the urinal in the mall bathroom was a barcode that you could scan that would schedule you for an interview at the retailer of your choice. I noticed that many of the kiosks were closed though they had plenty of merchandise. The few workers that I saw were all masked and looked to be miserable. How much longer can this continue?

So now this rogue and illegitimate Administration is ignoring the separation of powers where a federal court has ruled that the mandate is unconstitutional. This is the clearest indication of dictatorship that we have ever seen in this country. All sentient and halfway intelligent citizens and even some not so intelligent citizens should now understand that what we have in Washington is a left wing tyranny that thinks it is completely and utterly above the law. The moment for Red and Purple state secession has arrived. Of course this has been obvious for sometime. But flouting a federal court is beyond the pale.
