Having lost to Moscow’s SMO — along with failed sanctions war — the empire of lies and NATO vassals intend to falsely accuse Russian forces of using chemical, biological and/or tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
On Saturday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova explained the diabolical plot, saying:
“Information by the Russian Defense Ministry published today clearly proves” the following:
Hegemon USA “in close coordination with (its subservient) NATO (vassals) moved on to a final stage of plotting provocations in Ukraine which should convince the global community that ‘Russia is using poisonous combat substances and biological agents,’ ” adding:
Initial plans to make Russia’s economy scream “didn’t work out.”
“Now (the empire of lies) is moving on to involving weapons of mass destruction (WMD)…”
“If this happens, there will be uncountable victims.”
“And each one of them (will be) on the conscience of (Biden regime) strategists in the White House, the State Department…the Pentagon, (the CIA), and on the conscience, if there is anything left of it, of their puppets in Kiev.”
Russia’s Ministry of Defense (MOD) explained the diabolical plot as follows, saying:

Most probable Scenario No. One: A false flag — what Merriam-Webster calls a “deliberate gross distortion of the truth used especially as a propaganda tactic.”
Their use has been a US tradition since at least the mid-19th century.
9/11 was the mother of all US false flags to that time — until all things flu/covid way surpassed its pure evil intent with mass extermination in mind worldwide.
Scenario Two: “(C)overt use of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) in small volumes.”
Least probable Scenario Three: “(O)vert use of (WMDs in) a combat area” with intent to produce mass combatant and civilian casualties.
Developed, locked and loaded, Russia’s MOD has clear evidence of the plot, what could happen at any time anywhere in Ukraine where Russia’s SMO is ongoing.
Zakharova also explained “shocking details of illegal cooperation between the US and (Kiev) in the field of creating bacteriological weapons” — what’s “been revealed to the world,” adding:
“And (knowing the) inevitability detect(ing) their criminal activities,” the empire of lies “began to prepare in advance” to counter indisputable facts when revealed.
For weeks, Biden regime officials falsely claimed the possible use of WMDs by Russian forces against Ukraine — despite no evidence suggesting it.
Weeks earlier, the fake Biden — reciting pre-scripted lines — falsely claimed that Russia “is considering us(e) of chemical and bioweapons in Ukraine (sic)” — a bald-faced Big Lie.
Congenital liar Price — interventionist Blinken’s mouthpiece — turned truth on its head days earlier, falsely claiming that “Russia might use chemical weapons due to alleged failures (sic) of (its SMO) in Ukraine (sic).”
In mid-April, Biden regime CIA director William Burns lied as follows, saying:
“Given the potential desperation of President Putin and the Russian leadership (sic), given the setbacks that they’ve faced so far militarily (sic), none of us can take lightly the threat posed by a potential resort to tactical nuclear weapons or low-yield nuclear weapons (sic).”
In mid-March, the Biden regime’s so-called national security advisor Sullivan warned of “consequences of any possible Russian decision to use chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine (sic).”
Days later, US-installed NATO puppet Stoltenberg invented nonexistent evidence of preparations by Russia to use chemical weapons in Ukraine (sic).
In September 2017, the OPCW confirmed that Russia completed the total elimination of its chemical weapons.
Nor is there any evidence to suggest that its forces may use chemical, biological, radiological or other banned weapons in Ukraine — or anywhere else.
Half a century ago in 1972 when the Biological Weapons Convention was signed — to prohibit their development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use — Soviet Russia eliminated these weapons in the country.
In stark contrast, hegemon USA has a long odious history of using virtually every imaginable type of banned weapons against invented enemies — including nukes.
It maintains stockpiles of these weapons to use at its discretion.
If any are used in Ukraine, make no mistake.
They’ll be made-in-the-USA.
Based on Russian MOD intelligence, they’ll be used in Ukraine to produce mass casualties — to be falsely blamed on its forces.
Given Russian battlefield successes against outgunned, outmaneuvered and outwitted Ukrainian forces, the diabolical US plot could happen at any time.
A Final Comment
On Saturday, Russia’s MOD spokesman General Igor Konashenkov explained that “high-precision long-range air-launched missiles” struck an Odessa logistics terminal.
“(A) large batch of foreign weapons received from the US and European countries were stored” there, adding:
Moscow repeatedly warned the US and NATO vassal states against pouring weapons and munitions into Ukraine to prolong conflict.
Any convoys in any form seen entering Ukraine will be considered “legitimate targets” and destroyed.
Separately on Saturday, puppet Zelensky continued finding new ways to embarrass himself, saying:
“If our people are destroyed in Mariupol, if a referendum, a pseudo-referendum, is announced in any new pseudo-republics of Ukraine, (he’ll) withdraw from any negotiations process (sic).”
Multiple rounds since Feb. 28 achieved nothing.
Nor will future rounds.
There’s no ambiguity why.
Hegemon USA controls Ukraine.
Zelensky and the regime he nominally heads is powerless.
The empire of lies wants a permanent state of proxy war on Russia.
Restoration of peace and stability in Ukraine defeats its diabolical aim.
So Ukrainian delegates have been faking negotiations with their Russian counterparts — with no intention of agreeing to a halt in fighting.
Hegemon USA prohibits agreement.
Dominant Biden regime hardliners, the Pentagon and CIA want conflict with Russia continued to the last Ukrainian.
At the same time, thousands of Ukrainian forces laid down their arms and surrendered.
Hundreds more join them daily — likely thousands more to follow.
They’d rather live than die.
Many conscript forces explained their opposition to conflict and the regime compelling their involvement.
Kiev is not only losing to superior Russian forces, the US installed regime is losing support from its people.

Ask yourself why would the Russians shoot themselves in the foot with such outlandish false flags. They understand that such an attack would be counterproductive. The American/Western public is pretty dumb though and will believe anything their media masters tell them. They have completely lost the ability to think and reason for themselves. If every Russian soldier were to leave the Ukraine..which they probably have already…the Western media, at the behest of their establishment masters, would claim an attack by Russia anyway. What is odd is that I am getting the feeling that in Russia they have more freedom than we have. We are the new Soviet union.
I just watched this update from Cypress (Alex Christoforu) and came away with a sense that something is about to happen right there in Azovstal… in that factory or with the supposed civilians, including children, taking shelter/held hostage there.
Apparently, there is a rumor some Canadian General (retired) accused of sex offenses is there hiding from the accusations by volunteering to help the Ukrainians as well as the 3-star NATO general Cloutier who still hasn’t showed up on my radar.
The last time I actually had any “news” from the AWACS community (I cut off all my social media contacts except through messaging and rarely use that) I learned there were AWACS in Romania but do not know past February if that is the case. I am sugguessing (new word!) they are because nobody’s talking about it.
The last ten minutes is particularly interesting.
In 1987, on my first trip to Saudi Arabia to watch the Iraq-Iran conflict ongoing from the Persian Gulf, I learned we were there to prevent the Saudi oil fields from becoming targets, but we were also sort of helping Iraq by allowing their jets to use Saudi airspace to attack Iran. But don’t talk about it. So I don’t.
I do have a nose for research and once upon a time, when I really was serious about pursuing a journalism degree, believing that people want to know the truth, I stumbled upon a factoid regarding Stalin’s decision to monitor the little scientific project going on in New Mexico.
In a scientific journal I was reading for another class (Genetics), I saw a sidebar about the Russian scientist who had notified Stalin of his belief the Americans had learned how to split the atom.
His reasoning: Science transcends war and true scientists continue to collaborate on new discoveries and methods of trial and error. It was no different with the international community of physicists discussing and collaborating on Einstein’s theory and how to actually harness the power of the atom.
And, suddenly, all information flow from the Americans stopped. It was as if they had never studied atomic energy at all and there was zero news in their scientific journals. So, that scientist convinced Stalin to find a way to send some scientists into a little community in New Mexico which seemed to be drawing some of the finest minds in Europe and the United States.
Zero news tells its own story. Censorship is a powerful weapon and a double-edged sword.
I think we all know NATO either fired the missile or used airborne surveillance and inflight communication with NATO commanders in contact with “important people” dozing in the war room wondering if it is time for hot cocoa.
The Empire of Lies is in free-fall collapse because the Truth will indeed Out.

The war in the Ukraine is, for the most part, a fake war. Yes, of course, the Russians took appropriate action to combat the West’s existential threat. Most of the news of horrible atrocities by Russian troops is fake news. The Brandon Administration would like to prolong the war through the November mid-terms pounding home the message that being patriotic toward the Ukraine is tantamount to being patriotic toward America. Never mind that they are imprisoning and tormenting real patriots by the way. This is one card they can play to hopefully prevent a real blow out in the mid-terms or at least to lessen the damage. You can expect a few serious false flag attacks, by the Russians, to gin up public support for Ukraine and for the Brandon Administration. We should also expect other forms of skulduggery by the left. After all did they not steal the 2020 election? Does anyone not think that they can do it again?
