If I had to guess, I’d say “yes.” Here’s my reasoning.
Here’s the story of Katy Perry’s eye.

First off, let’s eliminate the obvious.
Katy Perry has a “wonk” eye, but it is her left eye. She admits this in this video from 2011. Now how can we be sure the video wasn’t mirrored and it’s really her right eye? We can ascertain this because the candy bar she shows at 00:35 into the video is correctly displayed so we can read the writing. So the video isn’t mirrored. It’s her left eye.
The other suggested possibility is that the glue stuck on her eyelash. However, we can eliminate that option because you don’t unstick an eyelash by pressing on your forehead. It doesn’t work that way.
It isn’t botox either. If it was botox, she wouldn’t be able to open the eye.
So there is something very wrong here.
My vaccine injured friends would bet the farm that it’s a vaccine injury.
If it was the vaccine, she wouldn’t be able to admit it.
The fact that she has said nothing about this on her Twitter feed is also very suspicious. Everyone is talking about this. So it means there isn’t an explanation for this incident that she is allowed to share with the public that the public will believe (that is consistent with what we all observed).
So I’m guessing a COVID vaccine side effect.

Since you asked what my guess was, here it is, in two parts:
1 – Man, I’m betting she’s regretting her stupidity at having been talked into taking an experimental liquid into her veins.
2 – I’m guessing the people who created and distributed this poison would MUCH rather we be talking about Katy Perry than them. Once that happens, it’s going to get ugly for them.

If it was something she was embarrassed of of trying to hide, she wouldn’t be standing there for 15 seconds while it was happening, as if she wanted the whole world to see it, just to start singing after she “fixed” it. Having said that, it doesn’t look like she has the ability to blink one eyed without squinting. It looks like it is not voluntary.
I think she is mocking us. Could have been some sort of botox injection to get exactly this effect. It’s show business! (“Watch me displaying a fake vaccine injury and you can’t do a thing about your spouse still lining up for the next one.”)

At present I’m busy in a dispute with thedepartment manager of the farm store where I sell my bunnies. She didn’t like it that the employs call me the rabbit lady, I think. and I’ll skip the long story for now…She insulted me in front of the entire bank of cashiers, customers and two of my Flemish Giants, who were appalled at the way she treated me.
After the local school teacher arrived and picked up her rabbit, delighted to spend the additional hundred bucks for really expensive food while I waited outside for her.
While I waited for my husband to pick me up (he steers clear of my rabbit business and shops elsewhere while I haul whatever I’m hauling in or out of the store), the manager came outside with one of my former vendor receipts (for the wrong rabbits) and sort of insulted me further in front of the teacher not knowing she was a valuable customer.
Now, I thought about it and then called her manager and told him how outraged my husband and I are… I may look and act like a bit of an oddball, but I asked him to look up my name as a customer and he will discover what sort of customer I am. A really long-term customer who just bought a tractor and implements because my husband likes the mechanic who explained everything to him and that mechanic just bought the second of the Giant Flemish rabbits I brought to town with me.
It will make a good story. I am awaiting a conference call with management and someone identifying as an ecommerce merchandizer. I assume he is recording our conversation, just in case.
I really just wanted to raise my rabbits and live off the fat of the land.
I don’t know how this conversation will go (yes, Nick will monitor) but I know there is one small livestock manager at a local farm and home store who apparently has messed with the wrong rabbit lady.

Actually, he stood me up with an email explaining there were a lot of meetings he was involved with at the store today and that I will understand his need to tend to family matters this evening. I do and I had heard from my friend who actually buys my rabbits from time to time that there was a lot of folks from Corporate there giving some training on Customer/Client relationships.
So, morning is good. I’m going to suggest we build a bridge to get over it, as long as the bridge is lined with nicer managers than that one.

She is trash. Why should we have compassion on the deliberately vile and contemptible? The answer is we shouldn’t but most of us have been led down a dark road to love and pray for those that persecute us. In case you haven’t noticed, the god from that testament is not answering your prayers to convert the incurably sick minds among us. What He’s done is punished you by increasing them for being so stupid to believe that genetic characteristics can be altered and for praying for them. Our job was to eliminate our enemies but instead, the enemy twisted our minds to love them. Want to know where the Stockholm Syndrome comes from? It comes from the deceitful testament and implemented to control your fragile, weak will. If I was the enemy, I would be controlling industries that bend people’s will to mine: religious, governments, think tanks/scientific/medical, media, schools, and online social networks. And then I would create a “blessed” chosen group that could never be assaulted or assailed so that TPTB could move their foot soldiers around the earth with immunity from prosecution to do my bidding.
