These racial tensions are a lot worse up North. Currently all my neighbors in my apartment complex are black and I’ve never had to deal with anti-white racism. It’s very different in the South.

At first I was quite pleased to see how everyone got along. Now I don’t go anywhere unarmed, and we are actively working to leave…and my town is mostly white. Do NOT be deceived by their pleasantries. They will turn on you over anyone else as soon as they get the chance….or see the opportunity. And did you miss all the coverage of the Keshia Lance Bottoms (mayor) – encouraged violence and rioting in Atlanta during the 2020 summer of black love tour??
Atlanta has had incredible population growth over the last 30+ years. I lived there from 1978 to 1984, and witnessed the metro population sign nudge over 1 million. A few years later it was 5 million. It’s now almost 7 million, according to Wikipedia.
A lot of “damn yankees” (like myself) moved down there from up north. So it’s not surprising that race relations have gotten worse. Some of the most elite neighborhoods inside the perimeter are now unsafe (e.g., Buckhead, where my [white] niece lives). Even some of the ‘safe’ suburbs way outside the perimeter are facing increasing crime rates.

I live close enough to Memphrica to know that you are stretching your luck. There are some areas where middle class blacks live that are fairly safe, the even they are leaving in droves to avoid the hood rats.

Having lived 99% of my life in the rust belt but spent a lot of time in the South – yes, 100% what Stephanie says.
It’s nearly impossible for a white northerner to interact with a black northerner without major racial tension and overtones. Down south, it’s pretty easy to interact with many blacks with no significant tension or issues. There are still cultural differences, etc., but the odds of a casual and pleasant encounter are good in much of the southeast, vs. nearly zero in the midwest.

This isn’t anything new or recent. I attended public middle school and high school in an upscale suburb of a large metro area in Ohio 50 years ago, and participated in interscholastic sports. Every year we traveled to play at inner city schools where the enrollment was essentially 100% black. Believe me, the animosity and outright hatred we endured on those occasions was intense. We barely made it out of those schools following games a few times, particularly if we won. Physical assaults and theft of our belongings from the visitor’s locker room occurred several times. I’m sure it was the same situation in many other locations and didn’t change much over all these intervening years.
I attended a Catholic high school in Cleveland … and in ’63 or thereabouts we were the competitors against an all-black school from the east side … we lost by 1 or 2 points.
One of the faculty from our school was there and told those of us within earshot that it was best we’d lost — otherwise we’d never make it out of the Cleveland Arena alive …
It is not just because I am thick. It is also because I don’t know how much that factor truly matters. I don’t expect to ever know that.

In the south memories of punishments inflicted on negros who behaved badly help keep many of them in line. Up north the liberal white guilt and all the handouts allow the negros to run amok… as they will, on the average, if not kept under some kind of supervision. Do observe the relative status of South Africa, now that the negros are running things. Observe our large cities where the political establishment has become majority negro.

It would be a violation of natural law to sterilize people by force. How about this? In prison? Fast track parole or two years off your sentence if you get sterilized. Collecting any form of welfare or WIC? You have to get sterilized first. Some Whites would go for it, and good riddance to them. But a LOT of Blacks would go for sterilization.
