‘Lunatic’ Forewoman In Trump-Georgia Case Shocks Media With Overt Bias, Trump Lawyers Pounce
This week the forewoman in the Georgia grand jury inquiry into President Trump’s efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election made clear during several media interviews that the former president and his associates faced an absolutely biased jury.
In a series of media interviews, 30-year-old Atlanta-area resident, Emily Kohrs, who served as the forewoman of the special grand jury for eight months, was giddy with excitement over the ‘not short’ list of indictment recommendations that would be handed down, and that there would be no “plot twist” when the public finally gets to see their findings – particularly regarding “the big name that everyone keeps asking me about” (Trump), about which she said “I don’t think you will be shocked.”

Even leftist media called out the overt bias, with CNN‘s Anderson Cooper and Elie Honig wondering if Kohrs’ media blitz was “responsible.”
“First of all, why this person is talking on TV, I do not understand. Because, she’s clearly enjoying herself, but, I mean, is this responsible? She was the foreperson of this grand jury,” said Cooper.
“No. It’s a prosecutor’s nightmare,” replied Honig. “Mark my words, Donald Trump’s team is going to make a motion if there’s an indictment to dismiss that indictment based on grand jury impropriety. She’s not supposed to be talking about anything, really. But she’s really not supposed to be talking about the deliberations.”
And that’s exactly what Trump’s lawyers pounced on following the media junket.
“We’re just considering everything,” said Trump lawyer, Drew Findling, in response – adding that the Georgia inquiry had been “poisoned” by Kohrs’ appearances.
“If, let’s say, there is a recommendation to go to a grand jury,” said Findling. “all potential grand juries in this part of the country that listen to a radio, read a newspaper, watch TV, go online, look at the news alerts on their phone, are now reading about the deliberations or what could be interpreted as the deliberations of that grand jury.”

Trump himself slammed Kohrs on Truth Social Wednesday, for “doing a Media Tour revealing, incredibly, the Grand Jury’s inner workings & thoughts.”
“If I am the prosecutor, I am not sure that I want this media tour taking place because I’m confident that Donald Trump’s lawyers are going to use this,” the NYT‘s Maggie Haberman told CNN on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Washington Times‘ Charlie Hurt told Tucker Carlson on Wednesday spoke to the dangers of politicized juries:
“It’s easy to make fun of her… but think about this; if this was an actually serious case, and if you had actual serious adult prosecutors prosecuting a serious case, and you are the person that was facing life in jail. And you looked up at the jury box and you saw this lunatic sitting in the jury box.
These people make a mockery of everything we stand for, and I would argue in a lot of ways, even more importantly than voting in this country, is the concept of a jury of your peers. You can’t be railroaded by a bunch of people who aren’t like you.”

I was on a jury in 2008 . Composed of freaks and cunts . God help you if you go to a jury trial today.
I had the pleasure of being on a couple juries. It was a bit shocking that many adults are that ignorant. I had to explain to some like they were three years old. But, I was able to get through to them the truths of the case. While a normal person can come to a logical conclusion after a couple minutes. It would take 20 minutes or more of calm logical discussion to clarify even a simple point. Then again, I had the highest grade in my logic and reasoning class.
Ignorant adults in American is not shocking, it is the standard right now. 40 years of ineffective education, brainwashing and indoctrination, not just in school but also on social media and legacy media, and zombie screen viewing, whether TV screens, computer screens or phone screens.
I despise Judy duty. I’ve been able to dodge it for the last ten years. If I ever end up on one again, I’m going full nullification mode.

I was on a jury in December of 2021 and was the foreman. Once deliberations began, my first order of business was “You can remove these stupid masks now if you want to.”
My first order of business as jury foreman would be a quick vote of guilty or not guilty. If guilty then report that fact to the person in the black robe and then go home to do something useful.
You’ve watched too many TV shows. If things were that cut and dry, the accused would have taken a plea deal. As for not guilty, sometimes even the shit for brains folks need to be guided through the evidence despite being obvious. And if it were that obvious, there would have been no prosecution.
Actually, I do not watch television. But, I have sat on several juries through the years and can say for a fact they were a joke, a large waste of time, and if a quick guilty verdict would be forthcoming then report it and get on with your life, especially since the judicial system values individual jurors less than dirt.
You are very lucky if that works. Usually no matter how guilty the defendant you get at least one Perry Mason wannabe that will dispute the indisputable.

I saw some talking head ask how the other jurors could elect her “foreperson?” Easy. Same as when I was on a jury. They asked if anyone wanted to be foreman and she said yes. Same as me. Nobody else wanted to be foreman. I figured after the insanity I sat through for 10 weeks of trial, I certainly wasn’t going to be a passive spectator again during the deliberations. Glad I did too..

Actually attempted murder, involving two friends who were originally both in prison together, who both had the most unbelievably fat girlfriends (one actually looked like Divine of John Waters fame) whose shit actually got the two of them fighting. The alleged victim was in prison for attempting to kill a man with a ball pein hammer to steal his wallet while he slept in a truck. Yeah, that was the victim. Great work by the defense showed that the victim lied on the stand regarding his whereabouts the day of the attack, physical evidence of the knife attack was missing from evidence, and so there was truly no way to know whether this guy showed up to the scene previously injured or not. Both these young guys were victims of their horrible relationships with these two bitches. In the end, we voted not guilty on all charges because of more than reasonable doubt as to the truth of anything we were told.

I’ve been trying to get selected the last three times, but they always plead out.
Actually my adamant commitment to my rights as a juror got me out of a murder trial that was to go over my Christmas break (company closed for a week and it was just some POS gang banger who was likelya slam dunk for the DA). Really pissed off the judge and the DA, but I said specifically, in response to their contention that the Supreme Court had already ruled on jury nullification, that I did not recognize any decisions negating my juror rights as being in line with the intent of the founding fathers nor the Constitution. They just politely asked me to leave.
The very right to have a jury of ones peers contains the right of Jury nullification.

i only got called for jury duty once but i was glad to have had the chance… and then after waiting for some hours that morning was told they had enough people already and sent me home.. was genuinely disappointed i wasnt going to help do even a tiny bit toward seeing justice prevail that day. they dont tell you what case youd be sitting on of course but it didnt matter. if ordinary respectable citizens are not on juries, who will be?
