I see it as an observation of his discomfort with this subject. Since he was concerned about the same issues as all the other people expressing concerns with AI, I see no connection between his discomfort and the veracity of his statements.

Why Elon has common sense in some things, and he is brilliant in others. He seemed to have no sense that Twitter was CIA run. This shows he is a complete idiot. Lots of people have been talking of Twitter and other social media companies being CIA funded from the very beginning, and it was obviously it’s tool as is Google.
And the CIA let it slip out of their grasp… because they couldn’t withstand the raw power of $ billions?
Musk uses the hidden truth of previous govt control at Twitter Classic to counter obstacles to “Stark Industries” from the D.C.-Khazar mafia. Clearly a dead-man’s switch is present.
Such a theory also explains the abrupt dismissal of Matt Taibbi, etc. The threat of a full Twitter File release to the angry masses was amply demonstrated and the story received profound interest. The public got only the tiniest taste of a full disclosure.
We know this because, the now twisted Smith-Mundt Act fedgov money subsidizes these Social Media narrative manipulators and THAT quid pro quo exchange was not fully revealed in whatever passes as “Accounting records” for Taibbi (a Wall Street experienced writer) to analyze.
Thus granting Musk necessary autonomy from govt interference. This arrangement was clearly worth the ~ $40 billion purchase price to his concern.
Note: previously, I shared a similar theory of on why we hear so little from Russia when they capture NATO mercs, Ukraine biolabs, and hard evidence of war crimes and oligarch corruption. They need high-value prisoners exchanged, oil tankers not sabotaged, sanctions minimized, etc.
