Look down on Earth from space and you see two things. Land and water. There are two types of laws. The law of the land and the law of water.
The law of the land is according to the customs of the people. It is natural law. It is called Common Law and is what this country was meant to use to resolve issues with people. We set up a Common Law Court of Record system for this purpose.
The law of water is according to ancient shipping law. It is Maritime/Admiralty Law. It began as agreements between nations to facilitate diplomacy and trade on the high seas, to establish exchange rates, to standardize commerce, and parts of it go back to when there was first trading by ship. This made Maritime/Admiralty Law the law of commerce, also.
The Founders knew the Money Changer’s tricks and tried to install defenses
against them. The Money Changer’s still got a foot in the door and worked incessantly to widen the passage. When our government was usurped by the banker’s corporation with the Act of 1871, our Common Law was then incrementally replaced with Maritime Law.
Under Maritime Law, a country’s jurisdiction is transported with the ship wherever it goes. If you sneak onto a Malaysian ship that is in an American port, they can arrest you and take you back to Malaysia to be tried because you committed a crime in their jurisdiction. Their country’s jurisdiction is transported with them. The courts are considered, by the Money Changers, to be their ships in dry dock on our land. This is how they bring Maritime jurisdiction onto the land.
Maritime Law has many aspects that cover how cargo is processed and has within it, laws involving salvage rights. All cargo is well documented with standardized procedures for it’s classification and handling. The same organizations that developed the laws governing shipping also developed the laws governing money. They view money as being akin to water.
The Money Changers have diminished our standing to that of salvage in their maritime system. We are derelict vessels. Lost and incapable of navigating within their system and so are claimed, by them, under salvage rights from which to profit as they see fit. This is how they bring us into their jurisdiction.
