That is a very good explanation of how the world actually works. David Webb has a good understanding of that. I haven’t read “The Great Taking” yet (although I intend to), but I have heard him interviewed, and he understands it like few others. Of course, one takeaway from the above quote is that George Soros himself is one of those hired people, which is in fact the case. He is quite high up the food chain of the hired people, but he is still a hired man. The people who actually run things are above even him, and mostly hidden.

Obama was President of The Deep State and therefore President of the USA 2016-2020. Trump didn’t accomplish any of his policy goals because Obama was President then.
