AI IS COMPLETE AND UTTER BULLSHIT

It’s mind boggling to me that people are falling for this artificial intelligence tripe. Left wing douchebags are programming computers to spew their view of the world, which is entirely fake.

This bullshit is no different than the climate change fraud, the covid scamdemic, no border crisis lie, and murderous narrative about safe and effective vaccines. We are being trolled, propagandized, and misled every day by those sold to us as experts and leaders. Don’t believe anything they say.

“The main business of humanity is to do a good job of being human beings,” said Paul, “not to serve as appendages to machines, institutions, and systems.” ― Kurt Vonnegut, Player Piano

“If it weren’t for the people, the god-damn people’ said Finnerty, ‘always getting tangled up in the machinery. If it weren’t for them, the world would be an engineer’s paradise.” ― Kurt Vonnegut, Player Piano

“Those who live by electronics, die by electronics. Sic semper tyrannis.”
― Kurt Vonnegut, Player Piano

“Once upon a time on Tralfamadore there were creatures who weren’t anything like machines. They weren’t dependable. They weren’t efficient. They weren’t predictable. They weren’t durable. And these poor creatures were obsessed by the idea that everything that existed had to have a purpose, and that some purposes were higher than others. These creatures spent most of their time trying to find out what their purpose was. And every time they found out what seemed to be a purpose of themselves, the purpose seemed so low that the creatures were filled with disgust and shame. And, rather than serve such a low purpose, the creatures would make a machine to serve it. This left the creatures free to serve higher purposes. But whenever they found a higher purpose, the purpose still wasn’t high enough. So machines were made to serve higher purposes, too. And the machines did everything so expertly that they were finally given the job of finding out what the highest purpose of the creatures could be. The machines reported in all honesty that the creatures couldn’t really be said to have any purpose at all. The creatures thereupon began slaying each other, because they hated purposeless things above all else. And they discovered that they weren’t even very good at slaying. So they turned that job over to the machines, too. And the machines finished up the job in less time than it takes to say, “Tralfamadore.”
― Kurt Vonnegut, The Sirens of Titan

That cartoon might be representative of how robust crypto currencies may be as well.
It is illegal for attorneys to use AI to write legal documents or legal arguments. AI simply made up good sounding stuff and produced briefs and argument citing non existent, never made rulings by judges and courts which do not exist. While I see some uses regarding massive data research as a positive possibility, AI just makes the BS “BSier.”

You are correct. AI is nothing but a catch term for people to make profit on and instill fear onto the masses. The second word in AI, Intelligence, does not actually exist with current implementations that have been developed. AI engines like ChatGPT are nothing more than advanced language processors that “learn” with simple patterns. “Talking” to an AI engine is nothing more than a computer using pattern based intelligence to respond. Advanced AI that is based on event driven reasoning, cognitive reasoning, behavioral and instinctive intelligence, and perception are far from existing. The biggest challenge is that the current machine design is not fit for advanced AI. Binary based finite state machines cannot implement advanced AI methods. Representing advanced intelligence with 0s and 1s is basically impossible. The use of quantum computers may advance AI, but we are many years behind on that as well.

TL;DR – AI is nothing more than a bunch of computers that “learn” on patterns. There is no skynet.

the problem is 95% or more of the population knows nothing about tech, Ive been in it since the 1970’s, the same percentage does not even know the definition of money so they buy btc, I could say the same about medical, education, finances, so they just follow the lieing experts.

Many if not most of my clients are tech illiterate. They are all business owners and posess common sense. So when dealing with various tech platforms they can spot inconsistencies and realities that make no sense.
Google, for instance, uses AI to guide users through forms. But there are quirks that you wouldn’t know about or could guess unless you’d experieced it before and tried different things to solve.
Here’s one from yesterday. I was on the phone guiding 3 people through a process (checking boxes or providing details, then clicking next). As with all Google products you have to be logged in to Google for this process. At one point the AI wouldn’t let them continue. But it doesn’t explain the simple reason why. What level of tech literacy would you have to be at to realize that you are logged in to 2 Google accounts on that device and that is the reason the AI would not let you continue. I guessed that was the cause, they logged out of the other account and completed the process.

You can be logged in to 2 different Google accounts on 1 device simultaneously? I had no idea.

I have this far successfully resisted signing up for a google account. Never downloaded an app either. Don’t you have to agree to share your data to download an app? Not doing that!

( they have the data anyway, I am sure, but I am not actively going to agree to it)

If anything even remotely resembling AI actually existed it would have been implemented at the customer service level. For example every single possible question ever received by a company (all calls are recorded…) with the appropriate responses already loaded. The time and efficiency of something like that would revolutionize the customer service experience and benefit the company financially in both loyalty and the number of employees they could cut loose. It seems like this would be one of those no brainer, easy solutions to an age old problem that has only gotten much, much worse in the past few decades, but nothing like it is available even by big tech.

So why isn’t it up and running?

Because it doesn’t exist.

you could set up such a system but it would be garbage – it turns out making a robot synthesize speech, even with correct synatx and sentences, etc, is not that difficult, but making any of it make sense or have relevance to anything real… is a lost cause and always will be. so your customer service bot would after a few minutes be off in la-la land doing nothing useful and possibly plenty of damage to the company.
like you say, why dont you see it in the wild? because it simply doesnt exist.

Welcome to Mixed Reality: A Fake Place Where Fake People Are Trapped Forever

“Once men turned their thinking over to machines in the hope that this would set them free. But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them.”
—Frank Herbert

If this is your first time seeing the Vision Pro in use, you would be forgiven for concluding that we are experiencing an invasion of transhuman cyber-soldiers. But don’t worry, it’s not that. It’s just the beginning of the dystopian cyberpunk horror film that is the world of 2024…

Here are the real questions: Why are the Holy/Wood magicians and the news repeaters and the tech giants and seemingly everyone else in positions of power so invested in getting us to strap a computer to our face? What is this tech takeover really about? And how is this technology going to start changing us as a species?

A modern definition of “singularity” is when machines become more capable of human thinking than do humans, and not just doing tasks like a functional robot might do.

“Artificial Intelligence” is kind of a bastard term-“artificial” at best implies devious or not worthy whereas “intelligence” implies some kind of superiority. Had the word smiths thought a little harder they could have come up with a better sounding term. Something like “Build Back Better” probably was still available at the time.

The “A” in AI stands for artificial. Artificial, as in fake, not real.
AI will be used to simply change all of history overnight to align it with the overlords’ wishes.
Time to talk to your neighbor face to face. Pay attention to what is happening in your home town, county, state. If the news is about CA, ignore it unless you live there. Soros managed to transform FUSA by working locally. He bought out DAs, county judges and prosecutors, election officials, and educational institutions.
It is more important for you to know who your election commissioners are than it is to know if Newsome is running for president.
Pay attention folks. There will be a test. A pop quiz like none other. One wrong answer will get you a failing grade.

AI is bullshit. Just extremely large scale language models and rules to follow.

45 years ago, as a teenage kid, I spent months and months programming a text interactive “talking to you” (screen text output) basic program.

It started out with a prompt – Hello there, what is your name?

I had programmed in my friends and family names, and then created over a hundred responses for each name, and then hundreds of responses based on their responses. Error trapped the unrecognized names with random statements like “I don’t know you, do you like cheese?” Then made rules to randomly select the responses within the parameters based on the answers typed in.

Error trapped first unknown response or mistyped spelling etc., with polite, random “please clarify what you mean” type responses, then ramping up to rude responses to multiple error traps with “Do you even know how to spell or type?” type responses.

Since I knew what everyone liked, disliked etc., it made the responses seem like the computer knew them. I made it rude all the time to select friends and my sister lol.

Didn’t tell my friends I wrote it at first, I got a lot of “How does it know that?” lol.

Wish I had that code, amazed how much time I spent on it after school, derp.
