I can do that for you. I miss fly fishing on Grand Mesa, Olathe Sweet Sweet Corn, Paonia Cherry Days, Palisade Peach festival…. Castle Valley Road to Moab… Breaking the neck of the swan on Grand Mesa, In have 3 uncles worked on the CCC Mesa overlook project …
If you open the photos in ancient, humble MS Paint (if you use Windows) you should be able to ‘save as’ jpg and png from TIFF. If they are .raw you might need something more sophisticated like free (open source) GIMP. (Gimp.org provides a Photoshop equivalent for MAC and PC)

It’s 2 AM and I am out good night and great weekend. I am trying to manage today and tomorrow free pepper sprays to neighborhood who is being terrorized by pack of wild attack pit bulls. They attacked and bit my neighbor by 5 dogs. Ordered them online free to neighborhood and have given out 13 out of 20 I bought. More coming tomorrow to pick up as it rained liked heck today. Not well worded but tired as hell.
