‘A Beautiful Mosaic Of Commodity Market Manipulation’ – Kyle Bass Questions China’s COVID Lockdown Motives

Via ZeroHedge

Having suddenly and ultra-aggressively turned on it people with the most draconian restrictions of any nation in the world so far since COVID arrived on the scene in some Wuhan bat-soup, this week has seen the proletariat starting to fight back as food shortages hit and life inside their apartment prison cells becomes unbearable.

The CCP demanded “Control your soul’s desire for freedom. Do not open your window or sing,” after Shanghaians began to scream for help.

Bear in mind that COVID deaths, according to official CCP sources, remain non-existent – even as case-counts soar (and there are few headlines about over-crowded hospitals).

No, it’s not OK when China does it

Via Off-Guardian

According to the worst kind of special pleading we have seen in the alternate media recently it’s actually ok to lock up your citizenry 24/7 to the point of mental and physical torture if you really REALLY think there’s an uber-scary virus out there.

Well, it is in China anyway. Where “DEFCON something” just rewrites the ethical rule book.

Because China’s government can be trusted to put their citizens first. Even to the point of locking them up and throwing away the key.

Couple of basic points these people need to remember since they have apparently been dozing for two years…

The Shanghai Catastrophe: Lockdown Ideology at Its Most Extreme

Via Brownstone Institute

Highlight the hundreds of millions of victims of communism, and its advocates are known to try to rebut the evidence by claiming that real communism has never been tried.

As an extension of this debate, the global Public Health cartel, whose advocates relentlessly pursue totalitarian solutions to attempt to stop a virus from spreading, are known to defend their lockdown advocacy by claiming that real lockdowns have never been tried. When faced with the reality that lockdowns have failed everywhere they have been tried, the lockdown advocates push back by claiming that such lockdowns are not up to their Pyongyang Standard of authoritarian rule.

People Are Starving Under Shanghai’s Lockdown

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

People are starving in Shanghai. The screams heard in the disturbing video above are due to more than mere frustration. China placed millions under a strict lockdown that was initially supposed to last for five days. As cases allegedly spread, China extended the lockdown indefinitely under their zero-COVID tolerance policy.

Those who prepared for a five-day lockdown are now rationing what food and water they have left. The tap water is not necessarily safe for consumption, and people have begun to boil water if they have the means to do so. According to my sources, people living within communities rally together to buy bulk food orders when possible for a premium. China is offering a closed-loop system for some workers, who must live at their job site for the remainder of the lockdown.

Therefore, workers are in short supply, and demand is extremely high. Hungry citizens typically log on to food delivery apps early in the morning and usually only have a few minutes to place their bulk orders. The food they receive is carefully rationed as the next meal is not guaranteed.

The barter system always emerges in times of disaster. People are trading with one another where possible, although they are forbidden from actually leaving their residences. No one is permitted to visit relatives or check on the elderly or disabled. Worse, people are unable to access medical care or prescription drugs. The government continues to provide rationed food, but its rollout has been so ineffective that most simply do not have access to food.

China will allow its people to die from dehydration and starvation to protect them from a virus with a negligible death rate. This is how revolutions begin.

Shanghai under lockdown: witness the horrors of push-button digital tyranny

Guest Post by Jordan Schachtel

Detention camps, separating families, and the culling of domestic animals.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has complete control over every aspect of life in China, and some two years of COVID Mania conditioning has only enhanced its grip over the nation.

As the continuing Shanghai lockdown has proven, the government has improved upon a push-button hard lockdown system, first applied in Wuhan in early 2020, that can shut down entire cities in a matter of hours.

Since late March, over 25 million citizens of the Shanghai metro area have been trapped in their homes in the name of fighting a virus.

China goes Wuhan 2.0, forcing Shanghai under hard lockdown

Guest Post by Jordan Schachtel

True believers or another PSYOP?

Some 25 months after their infamous Wuhan lockdown, the Chinese government has launched an even more ambitious lockdown campaign, this time in Shanghai, the country’s biggest city.

This time, the stakes are even higher.

The Shanghai lockdown is much more ambitious than the Wuhan campaign, as Shanghai is both bigger in population size and square mileage. Shanghai is also China’s financial hub, serving as the country’s (and the world’s) leading manufacturing and industrial city.
