DICTATOR TRUTH

“People who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.”

“By the skillful and sustained use of propaganda, one can make a people see even heaven as hell or an extremely wretched life as paradise.”

“Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power”

“If the U.S. monopoly capitalist groups persist in pushing their policies of aggression and war, the day is bound to come when they will be hanged by the people of the whole world. The same fate awaits the accomplices of the United States.”

“Death is the solution to all problems. No man, no problem” —– Stalin

“I don’t care if they respect me so long as they fear me.” —- Caligula

Amerika’s dictator doesn’t have a noteworthy quote.

Admin: in response to your Parenti quote: My wife asked me the other day if I was glad I was an American Citizen, and I said “no.” “I love what America was created to be, how it is one of the few examples of a society that became more free after a revolution instead of vassals to a new dictator. Now, however, we invade and bomb wherever we want. We undermine and tear down lawful governments, and we have killed or been complicit in the deaths of millions over the last two decades. When we will admit to the deaths of 500,000 children how much blood do you think is really on our hands? Now we are turning our sociopathic attention to our own citizens here. We are so deeply corrupted that the few self-aware people who can stomach paying attention are overwhelmed by the enormity of the problem, and the rest of the people are comfortable insulating themselves with distractions. So no, I am not glad I am an American Citizen. If I knew of a viable option I would pursue it. In the meantime I’m going to keep working to get off the grid, out of sight, and hope that when this mountain of putrefaction implodes it doesn’t bury us and our shiny children.”

It makes me sad that I mean that. My grandfather landed at Normandy, and many others in my family have given large chunks of their lives over to some artifact of this nation. It is, unfortunately, what it is. By any objective measure the USA has metastasized over the last two hundred years into an evil parody of the former Republic. Now I think our best hope is to stay out of the way while it tears itself apart, and hope we don’t start slinging nukes around as we tear apart.

Sonic , years ago if I heard someone say something like you said I would be ready to tear off their head
with a patriotic defense . Now I must agree. My grandfather was in the first wave on D-Day and my Father fought in the Vietnam jungle for this nation. Now they are both gone and I am glad in a way.It would break their hearts to see what has happened to our nation. Most people have no idea the sacrifices that have been made in the past .
I think we are done as a nation. America is being destroyed by the very people who took an oath to protect her.We will not survive another great depression or world war and I think that’s good even as it brings pain in my heart to say so.I just hope I can stay out of the way when it all comes tumbling down.

Greetings,

I do not believe that this is new. People throughout history have raced towards their shackles even while boasting of their freedoms. It was true with the Greeks, Romans and, of course, with us here in the USA. The real truths are always a bit more, how do you say, primitive.

First, people will tolerate damn near anything until the food runs out. With that said, there is no place on this Earth that is more than 3 meals away from a revolution.

Second, elections are nothing more than a big fake pageant but it gives everyone an excuse to believe that they are not actually slaves. The Germans knew that people would grasp any glimmer of hope and do so even while watching the smoke and ash spew from the crematoriums right in front of them. “Maybe it is just a shower.”

Third, humans, for the most part, just do not think much beyond today and next week. The people that have mastered the long game have won without so much as a fight. The people that are really running the show do not have to worry about today as that was taken care of years ago. They are thinking about how to screw everyone over 20 years from now.

I have a dear friend who lives in Milano. She says that Mussolini was the only leader that ever unified Italy.
