Our Fear Feeds The Beast

Fear is contagious,
Stop and be courageous,
This is all a lie,
Millions won’t die,
A plague hasn’t been released,
Our fear feeds the Beast.

Get up and leave the cave,
Stand up and be brave,
Of all the dangers, it’s the least,
Our fear feeds the beast.

Hypnotized by the screen,
This is sad and obscene,
We’re shackled and distracted,
It’s planned and manufactured,
For THE MAN, it’s a feast,
Our fear feeds the Beast.

We’re idling in the mire,
Adding fuel to the fire,
Fulfilling His desire,
THE MAN is a liar,
It’s time for this to cease,
Our fear feeds the Beast.

It’s mostly lies and distortions,
Not at all of Biblical proportions,
Yet He’s done it once again,
Scared some of us silly like way back when,
And THE MAN’s power has increased,
Our fear feeds the Beast.

“The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.” H.L. Mencken

We are talking about Panic with respect to Obola.

Panic is not a Euclidean construct but an evolutionary one.

You can do things that can take your life but if you feel is if you have control the heightened experience is like no other. If and when you feel you’ve lost control and are subject to circumstance outside you control Panic will set in.

Obols is different from AIDS or H IV in this regard irrespective of what the probability is or will ever be.

Panic is justified . And won’t take much to go full blown.

This really isn’t a question of whether we’re too fearful or not fearful enough. It’s simply a question of when Ebola-infected people become communicable. We’ll know within 2-3 weeks. Obviously when an Ebola victim is in their death throes, it’s hyper communicable, where an aerosolized sneeze can infect nurses with protection that’s something short of full hazmat suits. We know that from Dallas and from the fact that almost 300 nurses & doctors in W. Africa have died from Ebola. What we don’t yet know is how communicable the virus is when the carrier is just beginning symptoms. Like, when an Ebola carrier with a 99.5F fever takes a commercial flight from Cleveland to Dallas. If some of those 132 passengers come down with Ebola, then we have a major problem. If none of them do, then we can look back and say people were worried over nothing. So we wait. This will be answered soon with empirical data, not musings about generalized levels paranoia.
